I felt such intense energy in my third eye and crown, down spine when you said drawn up the kundalini. My higher heart and throat chakra have intense tingling and the back of my neck. Amazing buzzing and tingle in my heart area and throat and third eye and crown wow!!!!! Even my ear chakras are all a buzz. I can feel an ache in my neck and jaw bone.
