Creative Intent, Motivation and Avoiding Burn Out.

Yo Team,
hope you are doing super well on this fine day!
This one was more for me. I have long been battling the passion vs professional mindset in my head. Since I have been a fulltime content creator it has been a real struggle for me to really find the passion in the job.
I LOVE what I do and hopefully always will but sometimes business sense gets in the way of passion and enjoyment.
This is my little rant about that, what I see happening in the industry and what we can do as creatives to battle creative fatigue!
