Yeah this review needs updating. After I made it I went on the beat the final boss with this weapon as the only faith-based weapon that could hurt the boss. Then they buffed the weapon and it's super good now.
@@GrapeReason The final boss seems to be immune to normal status effects like poison and bleed, etc. Does the little damage over time effect work on them?
@@gubdub1428 YES! And they seem to be weak to Dark Flame damage which leaves this weapon as one of the only useful weapons on a Faith build since Holy damage heals it. Also helps that there are moments where you only have time for 1 big hit, which is where this shines.
