Good game! And close, really showcased both warbands well. I'm happy to see the synergy between Zondara and Ferlain, as a lore lover it's great to see their story reflected in the deck 💜
Great battle report. Much appreciated. Zondara's is a very flavourful warband indeed, as we hoped. Good showing from both too I thought, seem viable without being too strong which is the sweet spot. Thanks, very inspiring.
@@criticalfocuschannel yeah I’d love to hear his opinion…. It’s the only warband from the mirrored city box I’m going to hang on to as I’ve had the models for warcry matches for some time now but no UW deck.
@@eggiwegs it felt off the bat pretty well balanced honestly. A nice mix of hold and aggro and the wave of terror came into effect a couple of times =) Would be intresting to see a rematch with a less passive roll for the Queen and Varclaw.
in regards to r1 act4 for briar queen, i thought a unit can't move back into the hex it was just in? to clarify, it can end its move action on a hex it previously moved through but it cant for example start on an objective, move off of the objective, and then immediately move back onto the objective?
Yes he was two hexes away from the target (1 hex from the objective) moved like this: onto objectiveonto objective. Maybe the editing made it appar like he started on the objective =)
@@criticalfocuschannel just checked the rules, I was wrong! I think my misunderstanding comes from playing the steam version. For some reason in that game they changed "a fighter making a move action can move to any adjacent hex" to "a fighter making a move action can move to any adjacent hex except the hex they were last in." The game draws a line for movement and you can't double back on that line

Yes! Love love their lore 😊
Great game, guys! Appreciated the showcase of the two warbands, and nice to see the Gravebreakers prove they can really score glory!
Yes! Even though they probably had above average synergy etc here they definately surprised me with hon well thought out a warband they are!

Indeed. We both had a great time and I think Zondara will be quite a fan favorite!
Sweet! A double death warband death match….to the death? Haha
Fun match, how did the new Briar Deck feel?
Much fun was had! Hope Mattias can chime in here!
The new deck was fun. I have only played that warband one time before and that was a long time ago 😊

@@mcfeliz200 thanks for the thorough checkup!
Do you have a how to play showcase that’s recent?

Nice painting on both warbands
