This is a beautiful video that is very informative, but short enough to get to the point without filler bull-crap. Very well done. I am currently in a dual role of sys admin/network person at my job and hold both MCSA server and CCNA R/S certs. My goal is go up to CCIE R/S because I want to become an expert with networks so that I can do both engineering and design. I also think about at times going the ethical hacking route. I do certain penetration testing tasks as part of my job and the only way to truly know it well is to be able to understand how servers, computers, and networks work together inside and out.

I LOVE your teaching style anyway can come with data center hierarchy and collapsed design-better explanation and devices on each?

Good video for those who have experience and work in the enterprise data center.
I am trying to say that valid examples must be placed side by side with theoretical concepts as Layers Attributes
For instance, what means in Access Layer "Authentication" or "Qos"?
what means in Distribution Layer "Redistribution" ?
what means in Core Layer that the traffic has a limited but consistent diameter?
for those who have little experience, these are only words
