Lots of things have been holding us up. Family health issues along with a heavy workload for our business. We have finally started back and will be posting soon. Thanks for checking in!

Long story ha ha. Our biggest setback was shortages in supplies here. Then extremely high prices that we were just not going to pay so we waited it out and right now seems like about the best time we will likely see so here we go!! Plus my wife had some serious illness for a while but things have worked out pretty well all considered.

May i ask, of youre pouring concrete anyway, why have the house on pier and beam vs a slab on the ground?
That crawl space will be nice though not being in the dirt when you have to get down there!

We want the access of a crawl space. We don’t want mold mildew snd critters living down there. Its gonna have a dehumidifier. Should be a nice environment. Thanks for watching!

Need a little more context. Most crawl spaces are not concrete, storage, under house pool, why??
