He is letting us know who is persecuting the wolverines. This fiasco was about him not getting rid of donovan edwards last year for agreeing with kanye west and why they tried to suspend him. I am pretty sure connor stallions was is an obvious plant, it couldnt be more comical how he was busted. Harbaugh just let everyone know who is behind the persecution of the worlverines and why.
