In 2019, along with his partner Jo, he founded Coventry Accommodation, a property management and lettings agency. They manage both short-term and long-term rental properties with a commitment to excellence and care. The work in the supported living sector is particularly close to their hearts, as we strive to provide homes that enhance the quality of life for families and individuals with special needs.
Today, Sam's efforts are concentrated on two main activities where he finds the most fulfillment and impact.

2. Creating Safe and Suitable Homes for People with Special Needs:
Sam is passionate about working with heart-led investors to develop and manage high-quality, long-term housing solutions for individuals with special needs. To focus on creating lovely, safe, and suitable homes that offer stability and dignity to those who need it most. Working together he aims to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals while generating sustainable returns for our investors.

She realized this was a powerful way to invest in property while creating homes for people with a support need. Lisa set about discovering why property investors struggle to let their properties to supported living providers and why providers struggle to find property to let. She has been educating people, raising awareness and working on solutions to this problem ever since. Lisa is the host of the Supported Living Property Podcast and UA-cam channel and formed The Supported Living Property Facebook Group.
