What are this sauces they put on top out of this bottles?
hi, i'm the person who shot the video. As far as I know, in these bottles there are freshly prepared creams of the day (absolutely nothing packaged or preserved) such as broccoli cream or chickpea cream that they put according to the type of pizza. They are all high quality stuff. I have seen these bottles especially in contemporary pizzas or gourmet pizzas because they create a very particular style of topping. Thanks for watching

Went on a trip to Italy once. I remember the food being good, but not any more than anywhere else. when it comes to pizza the best that I’ve had is from a place in Fort Morgan, Colorado. It’s called the Mav. I was on a cross country trip once and stayed over night in Fort Morgan. This place called the Mav was next door so i tried it. Best pizza ever! Who would have known a little place in the middle of no where would have the best pizza.

And the ones that reach the TOP 50 in the world from usa are Italians. the same with restaurants. Europe has more Michelin stars than the us has guns.
