NTA. Even without the friend group having context about Hannah's situation, they are in the wrong for sexualising a CHILD.

A less fortunate kid is dressed in revealing clothes and it makes you uncomfortable? Maybe offer to take her shopping for more appropriate clothes. They didn't have to gang up on her like that.

Good for you for standing up for Hannah, but someone should find some age appropriate clothes for her

I don't think you're an asshole, but I get your husband's point. Maybe it's not necessary to burn so many bridges immediately. You could have given people a warning, say, like "Nobody better say another word about Hannah's clothes or dancing, or you'll all have to leave."
I agree that it was wrong for them to gang up on her like that, but personally I would have a hard time just kicking everybody out.

NTA, it is so gross for people (especially adults) who know why she is doing and dressing the way she is, to make it so gross and disgusting and twisted. I believe whole heartedly you do the right thing

They don't think them drinking beers around kids is inappropriate but have such a huge prob w her clothes, ppl like them deserve no respect. It would be comparatively better if they'd spoken to the parent and suggested them to take care of it, still sorta wrong but better than ganging up on a child in the absence of the parent.

To be fair, the story makes it sound doubtful her parents were there. If they're actually "addicts" they probably weren't.

I commented on this story and I agreed with OP completely, commending her for taking a stand when it came to Hannah. That poor girl has no one in her immediate family to back her and for OP to become almost a mother figure to her is amazing. I'm glad OP did not back down. Those friends of OP's were absolute assholes and not to mention creeping on Hannah like that? All bets would be off if I were in OP's shoes too.
