From what I have researched you are out of luck with that. Parole is not available for federal prisoners. They got rid of that back in the 80s, when they passed some laws to make sentences longer and tougher. So if you're doing time in a federal pen, you gotta serve at least 85% of your sentence, no matter what. The only way you can get out sooner is if you earn some good time credits by behaving yourself and doing some programs. Or some rare instances where you help the gov with national security etc… But even then, you can only shave off 15% of your time at most. Now, this might change in the future, because there's some people who want to bring back parole for federal prisoners. There's a bill that was filed in 2022 to reform sentencing and parole laws for the feds. So that's the deal with parole in a federal prison. It sucks, but it is what it is. You gotta do your time and hope for the best. And if you ever get out, don't go back in. I fell people Stay out of trouble and live your life.
