The problem is that gege isn’t writing to tell his feeling or thoughts or ideas. He writes for his own ego to look cool. Tales that he writes what he hates, are contradictory to what he was saying and how he was writing Also i don’t think it turned into generic shonen- it turned into a masturbation on cool ideas and cool fights and darkness instead of executing it well.

This is stupid, because in many interviews gege said he is a bleach and hunter x hunter and yuyuhakusho fan. And that he wrote to be cool Like how you can take gege seriously as writer. 6:04 that's why i want heian era flashbacks to give us more lore and also the merger should happen to bring kenjaku back. I do agree that deaths aren't done well in jjk exception being nanami and few others, also i think gojo's character and his conclusion was done well. Jjk has a lot of good ideas and concepts but lacks at execution not to memtion there is nearly no world building at all. I don't think jjk has fallen but it is not nearly as good in shibuya. I would argue that yuta taking over gojo was actual good writing. Overall i agree with a lot of your points. Keep up the good work, nice video
"JJK peaked at Shibuya" is giving me some bs vibes like "Bleach peaked at Soul Society", sorry but i can't agree that shibuya was the best arc, CG is better
Culling games was NOT better than shibuya but i get your point , i am not saying it was bad but it was definitely a bit worse than the previous arcs especially story , building and character conclusion wise
Bleach after soul society had at least proper story and proper development of some characters and interesting narrative Jjk after shibuya started to feel like battle royale version of dbz
If JJK kills too often, thats fine as its a nice departure from babyshit gay storytelling like "normal" shonene where the main character eventually gets whatever he wants and he wins through he power of friendship or something stupid. Those animes are on one extreme, while JJK is the other extreme.
I get your point , but as demonstrated in the video i dont have a problem with killing the characters but the way that jjk does it is straight up bad + if the one extreme of saving the cast with power of friendship is bad the other extreme of making the villain invincible isnt any better
