- check in to Cebu Pacific & etravel atleast 72 hours before flight

- once you’re inside NAIA pay travel tax first
- then get your boarding pass
- after that go to immig & wait for your boarding time
- buy octopus card on Klook, Hong Kong airport or in any MTR stations if you want to go to different places using train (vv cheap than taxi/bus). You can also use it to buy foods, you just need to load it.
