    Mindfulness Exercise for High Achievers: Bring More Joy
    We often focus on checking off all the boxes and prioritizing task completion that feel valuable from the perspective of a high achievement culture.
    However, neglecting joy and play can add to our chronic stress and burnout.
    What may you do, today, intentionally for the purpose of your own joy without any attachment to what other people think?
    Feel in your body what happens when you shift the focus from checking boxes to embracing what fills you with joy - what do you notice?
    I invite you to share your intentions for what you'll do, today, for the sole purpose of bringing you joy and sense of individual fulfillment and circle back to let us know how it goes!
    You matter. You are lovable. You are worthy... and I don't need your fricking CV to know that!

    I love hearing you share your intentions and plans for this week. I think I will try to find inner joy this week by spending more time with my dogs and reaching out to a friend I haven’t heard from in a while. ❤
