Thank you for taking the time to show how to do this arm warmer! I am a motorcycle accident burn survivor and love the longer length for my arms where I need the coverage. 😍

    Written vers.
    Main body:
Slip knot and chain 57 or 12 inches
Skip the first 3 st and dc in the fourth st
    Dc til the end
    Ch 2 and turn work
Dc in the back stitches only til the end
    Ch 2 and turn work
*continue making rows like this until it’s the desired length or 6 inches*
Once the desire length, you sl st both sides
Stop where your thumb would align and only sl st in the top row
Continue sl st both rows together until the end
    Cut off yarn
Flip inside out and done !
(Make sure to see that it fits and then fasten off)

Little tips for people who want, don't start the chain of single crochet too tight because when you will start youre double crochet you'll see that it is not straight

Heya! Thank you so much for this tutorial, it's so helpful! I was wondering if anyone could tell me how many skeins of yarn 2 hand warmers would roughly take? Thank you so much 🥰

try to make the stitches tighter by using a smaller hook or pulling the yarn tight when making the stitches! :)

I know I’m late, but maybe try doing the first two rows black and the next two rows the other colour :) also if you already know your measurements and how many rows you’ll need then you could plan out the pattern ahead.

    Heyy :)
I have a question. How many loops did you skipped when you did the 2nd row? Did you just skipped the 1 chain up and stitched in the first back loop?
    I’m new at crocheting 😅
And my English is not so good so sorry haha

Hey! After finishing the first two, I skipped the first 3 chains (2 will act as the the double crochet and 1 will be the turning stitch). In the second row i chained one before turning my work and double crochet in the first stitch! Hope this helps xx

Your tutorial is so easy to follow! Thank you!
For some reason though mine is turning out more like a parallelogram than a rectangle.
I'm reasonably sure I've not skipped any stitches as I've gone down the row.
I started with 57 chain stitches and my last row I counted at 39.
      I can't figure out what I did.
      Any suggestions?

These are so cute!!! But can i make them shorter? Would it still work?

    • @leoniebosch859

If i do less do i also skip the first three stitches?

    • @arieltong
      @arieltong  Рік тому

Of course you can make them as long/short as you want! The first 3 stitches act as a turning/first stitch so don’t skip them :-)

Im currently working on this and noticed that even in the first row it started to curve and as I went on it looked like the rows kept getting bigger but I counted the stitches there doesn't seem to be anything that changed it would be great if someone could tell me what to do lol
