For all of those who are trying to learn hammer but don’t have a coach or a facility to do so properly, working on these two things will help you tremendously.
@@martin_maric but is there a specific technique you learn (I don’t need to know the steps) or do you just time it in your head? There was a debate going on between a couple of my friends. Most of them said something about counting the steps, others said when the tension is at its max, and one who said there’s no timing or technique it’s just a “feeling”. Can you help settle the debate? Please! 🙏😅
How about adding some constructive reasons and evidence for your assertions!? Otherwise, who's going to pay the slightest bit of attention to your drive by sniping, especially to a sweeping statement like "completely wrong" that lacks all credibility?

Thank you coach! Hope it helps those young ones who are trying to get into the Hammer Throwing.
