I met you Sali when I was a moody 18 year old at a book signing in Liverpool, Im revisiting old content that I found formative (such as your in the bathroom videos, but the comments are off on the original in the bathroom with Caitlin). You both made my early adulthood slightly less horrifying and now I’m a whole grown up with an apartment and a job and a fiancé. Thank you, both ❤

This is fab, I loved watching! Sali, a little note about being physical - you don't have to love yoga; everyone has something that will work for them. Mine's a mix of Pilates, classical ballet and heavy weightlifting! Just do what gives you energy.
