I remember Rory At Iron Racks Gym and Uptown - I am 59 and still training hard as I can with what is left of me (little man syndrome means get as huge and powerful as possible with no regard for joints and health - ha ha ) I remember Rory saying the following to me when I was down about being small and after 1st shoulder surgery ( when I complained about my height he would calmly say " YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE" ( The way he said it was like there is no shame and he is no better even if blessed with genetics as it was just that he is and not to have any conceit in it) He also reminded me that EGO is "EASING GOD OUT" I thought very highly of Rory

A body built wisely. This guy is 60 yrs old, 6 years OLDER than Ronnie Coleman. He is big, aesthetic, strong and still in one piece!
J. Matthews Wait a minute. Did you see the weights Ronnie uses in past videos performing the same exercises?. Obviously not. Everyone who followed Ronnie. See why he is the largest 8 times Mr O. The strongest and massive Mr O. The damage done as a result from pushing beyond his body can handle. Injured yes. But no comparison. Everyone knows what happens if you over exert yourself. Ronnie entire new mindset to push his body to the max in every bodypart till failure. End result after many botch and corrective surgeries he can barely move around. Yet the mindset and passion for bodybuilding and love of the sport is undescribable for Ronnie as well as Leroy and other champs.
