why is it impossible to find any written in depth guides for bouncer all i can fide is base pso2 or adds and like 100 videos that is basically just like this one only explaining pas and skill trees but nothing about actual builds ie what gear and multiweapon subclasses techs etc
Pretty sure u need to find a vid that fight a boss(bujin fight/tower)video then just copy an plate
JB pairs well as a sub class to hunters main. The heavy hunter ability lets you get off up to 3 of those long vulnerable combos even if the enemy is fighting back.
interesting indeed
Personally I'm falling in love with jetboots/assault rifle as my multi. With Ranger main I have access to blight rounds which is super easy to apply, then either cast a tech or close the gap and go to town on the enemy, especially if they are downed
That's a very interesting combo!
Normal attacks becomes a charging kicking when i just hold it... Is there a way i can just perform normal attacks to recover pp without having to pressing the same button continously? Also does that mean jet boots have no I-frame for skills except for that last second shield?
Dont check the skill that gives you that charging kick. Thats all really.
I'm not sure how to summon that ring around your character before doing jet boots intensity? I feel like Im missing damage, I thought you only needed to hold down the normal attack.
Do you have a subclass preference? I'm just getting into the tech side of things and this looks amazing!
either Fighter for bonus downed boss damage, or force for pp regen (benefits techs too).
@@ZNRenova Cool, I have fighter pretty much maxed out. Having that as a subclass won't be a bad jump in logic.
@@tysoncarver5181 you should be chillin!
Basically Fighter for bosses and Force for bust farming.
I love Bouncer in New Genesis, but I can't figure out a practical use for Fierce Wave. I do more single target damage with Spinning Gust, plus its innate gap-closing capability; Violent Gale is great for mobbing, especially when combined with Zonde Clad. Fierce Wave isn't practical to fit into a downed damage rotation due to timing nor is it good at all for ranged attacks. If I absolutely need to range, I can use a Force subclass, use a rod and do better damage.
What seriously is the point of Fierce Wave?!
what are u using the force subclass for? techs?
the fierce wave gives like a slight aoe but its ranged. not very good for it being up close.
I like to use it as soon as a boss enemy is downed since it deals damage over time while remaining in place.
@@TheDraco108 if it works for you that's all that matters!
I personally use Fierce Wave for build up skills(I.E.: elemental blots and the jet sweep) , especially on large slow moving targets like Daytil Axe or those with hard set standing time like Command Pettas.
i find it easier to build up the jetsweep using fierce wave since it gives multiple hits. when used for mobbing it charges like crazy, sometimes i only need one charged fierce wave to reload jetsweep completely from 0
will you make a new version?
Yes. Sometime soon
New to the game. I thought techter would be best with boots?
Techter doesn't really synergize with boots. Since both can use element techniques. Bouncer has access to those as well.
@@ZNRenova right but then you have similar stats and you can run talis x boots for mob clearing and boss downs respectively
I'm late but I'll ask anyway. Do you know about the thing that procs massive dmg? I time to time get a huge chunk around 8k-10k dmg while doing random combos. Is that just a visual bug for all the acculumated dmg done or is it a hidden proc thing for JB? I checked class skill around 2-3 times already and I still don't get it.
i'm not sure if i quite understand, but what you're asking about is Jet intensity that procs massive damage. its not a visual bug.
@@ZNRenova Ok jet intensity deals 15k to 20k dmg.. so I found out who dealt the 10k crit dmg now.. it was the allied hobac in belugana ruins 😂
@@randomf2pplayah768 jet intensity is very strong!
3:43 Glad to see that lil nugget I left on your last bouncer vid made it into the in depth one!
4:05 Not trying to advertise, but just sharing a clip of that multicounter if anyone wants to see a good example: /watch?v=M6q9FreHW6E
What's the weapon camo on your jet boots?
La Belle Mehl
What about augments??
any augments that relate to technique damage will benefit jet boots
Nova here SMILERS
Lol
I gotta figure out a way to translate this to xbox
Looks like I'm never coming back to this game now, they completely ruined my main class.
Ok
