Very honest out look...I see it as the same after 21 years heroin n crack habit I'm coming up to 2 n half years clean ..never thought I'd manage it...I see it like him also...the truth be told I liked to get out of my face also...that is the truth.. ...it started out as fun .... education is the key...kids need to know that alcohol is just as bad...and that weed may well be ok .the class a drugs tho are a different ball game.. .I never had any big problems in my life growing up... ..no more than the rest any how ..we all go through stuff .but truth is .I liked it..to many people find reasons.and those reasons keep the person locked in despaire... after about 4 years tho it became a different thing all together...the illness seaps in and then the problems start ..we create so much crap and pain over our addiction..the money that is needed is crazyyyyy...and the whole time we are obsessing over something we will never completely own...drugs are a fleeting glimps.hated sleeping.when I woke .the monkey would be back..and the belly starts and fear kicks in .then ya realise ya got no doe..or ya got doe..but it's all...I'll be on in a hour ..takes 5.. We all go through horrific situations while on heroin n crack..those situations and memories of withdrawals etc..friends dying ....scare me more than anything from my childhood.. ...we convince are self's there is no way out..and then we try to get clean..the problems add up...becomes harder...methadone just makes it worse..after 14 years on methadone I swear that still effects me.. was really hard to feel better after 2 n half years I'm finally getting there...hang in there if ya struggling.. small steps...plan over a whole year..it can't be done in a week....not after heavy addiction for years ..but it can be done..it never stops tho..if u know someone who is suffering. Don't give up on them..it ain't as simple as saying no...hang in there..cos ya may well be the person and the reason that person makes it...peace and love all ..take care ..and I hope he is doing good and getting some help
Why bother commenting stuff like that? It’s got no purpose whatsoever. Why try and kick someone when they’re already clearly down? He’s obviously experienced some trauma and didn’t have the tools to deal with it all. Do you actually think people grow up wanting to be drug addicts?! Get off your high horse
