It is not smart to contract away your God given inherent right to travel by applying for a drivers license privilege unless you are planning on participating in commerce. Privileges can be taken away, rights can't. That is why this guy with a suspended license got to use his car to leave. Have you ever read the 4th amendment? Google it right now.

It can't make laws against me moving my body or private property with a machine, it would violate my rights. The Amish have won this argument many times. Just because they don't usually use cars doesn't mean that they don't have a right to use the roads without begging government. You feel free to apply with the state to drive and trade your natural, inherent, God-given, constitutional right to liberty for a privilege that can be taken away that is your choice to make, but don't try to tell me that using a machine to move my body on a public thoroughfare without begging for permission is against the "law" because it isn't. It is a classic case of government overreach and it is time for the trafficking of free people to end.

By virtue of your presence on our soil you have consented to be subject to our laws ands jurisdiction and failures may result in fines or incarceration. You are free to stay or leave in which case you no longer owe obedience to the sovereign. This is not rocket science. A government is not a corporation, certainly not in this country. A government entity may be considered a corporation for limited purposes but alas that has confused some foolish people to conclude that it is only a corporation. Religion is a belief in one or more deities to whom we owe obedience and while people in a government may be religious, it is not a requirement under our constitution which serves to separate state and church power our constitution. While religious organizations may allow or disallow membership, in most cases you’re free to leave. Also, religions may have tribunals which may address violations of their canons. Of course these Religions have no power over those outside their membership and only serve by mutual consent. In your case, you have consented to the jurisdiction of the government by residing within its territory and if you consider that unfair, a dictator, a religion or whatever else, that’s just your silly belief. All that matters is that you are free to leave or when you stay you will abide by our rules. Just like when you reside in someone’s home. Since we can however not evict you from our nation in most cases, you will face monetary penalties or incarceration in accordance with the powers granted to our government and with your implicit consent as you reside on our soil.
If everyone would take this action immediately, I believe we could start getting a few of our God given rights back & start to turn this around.

Ask the cop for the definitons of the terms he is using "silence equates to fraud if you have a moral duty to speak (court decision). What is a driver, what is a motor vehicle, they cant answer these questions and if you are using terms that you dont know the defintion of then you are incompetent to tesify and your testimony is null and void. In Court, the Cop will just rattle off the "legal" definition of those terms, from the Code, and argue that it all applies to you. But under your Evidence Code, the Court takes Judicial Notice of the Federal Law - which has its own definitions - upon which you can rely, while Traveling. If you can get State (STATE) Employees to actually fall silent - then you'll know that you've done the job. And in a Court of Record - you could use the fact of their default or non prosequitur to your advantage. The problem is getting to one of those.

Wrong. Speaking legalese is something you do in court. Having an interaction with the police out in public is not a courtroom, like you correctly state and you are in no way obligated to speak in such a precise way. Whether the gentleman says pleading, invoking, using, or anther simile hardly matters. what matters is intent and mutual understanding. Because, no judge or jury in the land would rule in favor of someone arguing something like 'welp, the driver said pleading instead of invoking so when the officer forced him to incriminate himself it doesn't count.'

My two cents .. when a cop lights you up, immediately turn on your emergency flashers, so you can explain that you weren't running, but looking for a safe place to pull over. Then go to the next safe exit or parking lot for both you AND the cops safety. Then you can say it was for his safety.

This is the first time I've heard anyone asking the the man in the suite "what is your bond no". This is crucial, establishing the fact that they are operating statutes and act as the corporate vehicle without a valid license/bond to do so.
Now if the matter goes to court, you can claim against the men/women wearing the suite in the private capacity. If you learn THEIR legal code, then you can hold them accountable. You never derive rights from THEIR code. Their code is only applicable to them and hold them accountable.
Would like to see more people do this but as the very first step. The very first question you should ask is, do you have publuc liability bonding cover and is it current and up to date?

In California you can file a form 142 (at least I did a decade ago) and revoke, recind and terminate the Drivers license, the DMV will send confirmation of your election to terminate the license. IF you dont do this they will place a DL in suspension and think its still a contract (even though it isn't) but I heard dispatch talking to the cop that pulled me over after the revocation and she said "he voluntarily revoked the license (so not in suspension). In Cali you have to re apply for a new license every 5 years but... even if you dont reapply they record the license as being in suspension, so... do the revocation, so they cant claim its in suspension. The veh code in Cali states that the "retention and possession of the DL makes the holder liable for compliance with all the Veh codes.
I would carry a couple of doc.x that state you are a state national per !NA (congressional Immagration and Naturalization Act) section 101, (a) 21 lists the status as a "person who allegiance to a state" instead of (a) 22 which states a person who allegiance to the United States or is a United States person. A B.C. from a state gives you that status if you claim it. But....be wary as most states are currently subsidiaries of the U.S. so I make it clear that the state I have allegiance to is The State of California accepted by Congress on September 9th 1850, so its California (1850) and just putting the year in is enough to ID the state as not the STATE OF CALIFORNA with its fake 1879 Constitution (made after the civil war). All states have re done their Constitutions after the Civil war to be "inseparate from the Untied States of America" which language does not exist in the 1850 Constitution. I can prove that I am not a 14th amendment U.S. citizen because the 3 elements required cannot be met by me : 1) I am not a statutory "person", 2) I was not born in the U.S. as geographically it is the land known as Washington D.C. shown on multiple definitions in code and UCC, and 3) I am not subject to the U.S. Congress jurisdiction (Scotus decisions prove this along with Art., sec. 8 cl 17 of the Fed Constitution.
I put in the definitions of driver and motor vehicle showing they are 'for hire" terms and state that the officer will be "knowingly putting in false infomation on his report or accusatory instrument (ticket) which is a misdemeanor Penal code 118.1 punishable by 1, 2, or 3 years in jail as he is now aware of the correct definition of those terms and if he did not have any factual evidence I was 'for hire" at the time of the unlawful arrest (detention, siezing, arrest and custody are all denials of the right to liberty look up Blacks law 4th, definition of arrest). And show the Department of Justices own website notice of 18 USC 242 : www.justice.gov/crt/deprivation-rights-under-color-law print the DOJs page and state that the officer is violating the 4th amendment by siezing you without a warrant based upon probable cause that you committed a crime. IF they take your property (car) then it is a denial of the 6th amendment (due process) because due process requires at minimum a notice and opportunity to disput the taking in court and you never recieved any notice (and notice is not given at the traffic stop and if they claim it is then they are taking the property without your opportuntiy to dispute it in a court before the taking. Actually impounds are under civil asset forfeiture and are in rem proceedings in Admiralty and no state can opperate in Admiralty on the Federal government can invoke Admiralty and its only for acts committed at sea and not for acts commited on land.

I give this young man a lot of credit, he knows his rights but needs to learn more about the law!! He's a brave young man to say the least!! The more he does this the better he will get for sure!! So looking at this, big picture... it's time to get to know who and WHAT, your "Strawman" is. Is that you - or just some property..? Who owns it? If that's you, who owns it...and you're not the "US citizen" fictional entity ("transmitting utility") that it represents... Then you could conceivably use it to bring your RIGHT to earn a living - whether the STATE classifies that as a "privilege"/"benefit", or not.
When you're just travelling freely, in your household goods - as we've seen in several videos...you can refuse to engage that fiction, in the manner that they would prefer.
I know that it isn't Trent's thing - but declaring yourself as one of the people of your state, an "American National", or "Non-citizen National" in their terminology, to the Secretary of State, might be part of the way forward, for you.

I no longer contract with the state. I have turned my driver's license, and tag back to the dmv and my social security number back as well. Cutting all ties with the state. I have been pulled over severtimes in the 8 years that i have done this. One time a few officers got hands on with me and i sued the city and won my law suit. It was enough that i retired 7 years early.

About the illegal Laws? Please read this: "America" is the name of a CONTINENT, where are 35 countries. Our Country doesn't even have a name. And the concept of: United States (US), describes a Model of Political Organization. US, is NOT a name. Anyway. Our Country is called “America”, cuz it is on the North American Continent. But the name "United States of America" is a Foreign Corporation located in a 10 mile piece of the North American Continent. The land it occupies was back before the Civil War part of two States inside of the so called "AMERICA", THE COUNTRY. They were Virginia State, and Maryland State. The "Act of 1871", took those parts and created the District of Columbia, a City State Country. One of only 3 in the WORLD! And now for the facts that can be looked up on line. Do you know that the UNITED STATES is not a Country? It is a Foreign Corporation. Located in the Foreign City State Country know as the District of Columbia! There are three such City State Countries. 1).- The VATICAN CITY, in Rome, Italy, but not a part of Rome, nor Italy, 2).- The CITY OF LONDON, in London, U.K., but not a part of London, nor the United Kingdom. 3).- The DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.), in North America, but not a part of any State in North America, nor the Country of “America”. A place where JUSTICE, has been REPLACED by there corporation's JUST-US SYSTEM. And you my friend, are not a part of there "us", and nether are there CORPORATE citizen/employee/slave's!… And now, you know why they are fighting so hard to take away your guns! The Second Amendment to the first real Constitution was for the governing body, NOT FOR THE PEOPLE! It told the company/governing body what WE THE PEOPLE expected of them! They were given by we the people certain Rights! One that comes to mind, and has been changed for there benefit is the Right to regulate commerce. This in no way gave them ANY RIGHT TO REGULATE ANYTHING ELSE! Like taxes on WE THE PEOPLE! Nor Licenses for the people not conducting commerce! Corporation's citizens from doing so. Why? (And something extra to add: “Paying for your Driver Licensed is a "Privilege Tax" and nothing else. ALL we have the Right to TRAVEL. Travel is FREE. Now, Commerce Driving has to be Licensed, cuz in this case: "We Drive and not just Travel". We don't pay attention nor stand up for our Rights cuz someone of authority told us to do so. Pay the fee to have license contract restored then CANCEL IT! I found a form here in AZ to cancel the license. It wasn't easy to find, but you can also create your own cancelation NOTICE. Then you hand them back their property if you still have it.
You have to properly cancel that license contract because if you don't they will continue to tax, charge, and assess a fee to that contract because it is in dishonor.
Once it's canceled they'll have no license number to charge or assess a fee to. But that is still an open contract man and you must get it out of dishonor or they'll hold that shit over your head as long as it's open.
You still have a valid contract with them so you are not totally private and out their jurisdiction.
I'm repeating because I really hope you take care of that suspension and properly cancel that license contract.....

Driving as a term doesn't solely apply to commerce. Use whatever legal dictionary you want, but the term driver or driving refers to the act of operating a motor vehicle. If you operate a motor vehicle you're required to have a valid driver's license, you're required to register/plate your vehicle properly, and you're required to have insurance. You don't get to ignore the law because you think it somehow doesn't apply to you or because you don't agree with it. That's why you lot tend to lose in court, and keep getting your vehicles impounded, fines assessed, and jailed. You aren't standing up for any rights, you're making a mockery of instances where people actually have their rights violated or times when the government absolutely abuses its power. You do a disservice to the rest of us by spreading misinformation, and promoting false interpretations of the law.

I commend the man, he was brave and ready to face the bad music, have his vehicle's window smashed in and then be dragged out, cuffed, arrested and taken to jail.
Some people might comment and say that the guy was foolish, deliberately awkward, obstructive and wasted police time and resources, but I felt differently about the traffic stop and wished more American people would stand up for themselves and their Constitutional rights.
