    Hey this is some great tips. Can you do a video or give some exercises to do for ankle stabilization and/or recovery. A couple of years ago I twisted my ankle really bad playing football and it really never was the same. I've tryed everything but I keep spraining it from time to time, it's really frustrating I'm only 27 years old :/

      Yes! And you can add some more specific exercises as well depending on your sport!

      @Reya Nit It's very important to add single Leg balance exercises and Quad Strengthening, and you won't feel any pain in your knee in a short time :) . Hope to be pain free soon man!

      @@whynottrain My patella broken 3 years ago but it healed also I playing football

      @@alperenevgin5702 it's normal at the beginning but you have to strengthen your Quads & Hamstrings to support your knee. If the pain doesn't go away it's better to seek an advice from a doctor!
