    Thanks for the instructions. When is the best time to do it - 1) before or after resistance training; 2) before or after running?

      Definitely not on the same day as a run. You could do after resistance though as you will be warmed up as long as your not fully fatigued though from a heavy session

    Tim, how long does one have to refrain from running, hopping, jumping etc. following the use of fluoroquinolone antibiotics?

    Any tips for progression from quad tendon rupture? I have the strength but haven't done much plyo type work, I can barely jump off 2 legs land on 1. Cheers
