Don't train then that much 2 times daily in the right way you can watch my how to train players video in my channel to know how and yes they rest by them selfs but slowly, you're welcome

Train until you reach 10/10 not ten times, and yes straight at once don't stop, and don't do the training before matches do it way earlier in morning
