Super7 ultimates are the one brand of figures I look forward to most. I mean, really excited and look forward to these. This wave was cursed with a series of issues that S7 has apologized for time and time again. Minor imperfections can be fixed with a little paint, tighten joints, loosen joints. It sucks but that adolph mustache can be carefully scratched off with the edge of a razor blade. It's not the end of the world. The only time I will truly hate on S7 is if they straight up stop making these figures mid collection... There is nothing more frustrating than an incomplete line of figures you invest lots of money into. These are beautiful show pieces that represent my childhood nicely in a glass display case. Truly an undertaking this company is attempting, and there is a lot of heart at S7.
Thank you for your comment. That was my thought going into collecting super7. I just have to be honest I had a very not fun time opening these. I still haven’t got the pegs that are supposed to go in the back of Mummra - They simply weren’t in the package and I’m still waiting. I’m supposed to be on a “peg list.” I don’t see super seven’s communications, but maybe I’m looking in the wrong place. I follow them on Instagram.
Lol um.. paying 45 to 55 for a figure and has the issues that s7 has had since the motuc handover and not be upset and be blindly devoted as yourself is fucking bizzare dude. For the price that's issued, there should not be any issue period and especially the ones we receive with their products. To not be upset nor point things out then you are as much of the problem as the problem itself. Get a damn backbone, jelly fish.
As a former Super 7 collector I can say their figures are worth $25 at best. Very limited articulation, paint apps that are often bad, loose joints and colors that don’t match their initial renders that they sold you on for preorders. I’ve since moved onto to NECA for TMNT and Classified for GIJOE and I’ve been much happier. Shame as I’d love a good Thundercats line but Super 7 just doesn’t seem to be able to do it justice.
@@EvrydayErik Yeah, the Thundertank is likely nice though. They just seem to be dropping the ball on their figures lately. I still may get their TMNT Van for my NECA Turtles since I didn't secure NECA's and they will end up costing me the same now lol.
5:45 - Is the blue peg you're missing attached to whatever the hand on the left is connected with? I couldn't get a good look to be sure, but is that it?
I just watched that Grune episode recently. The purple accessory is the magic seal that kept Grune imprisoned, and when it broke he was freed and began attacking everyone and powering up on Thundranium. I don’t know about that accessory that looks like a broken sword of omens though.

I know exactly what the feeling about that. Last year it happens to me with "Terminator T800 Endoskeleton" from Neca. After take it from the plastic I saw the the hand and arm slightly twisted what made it impossible to put the gun, and I also noticed that the red eyes were painted different between them (if we have a close look it become awful). What a piss...I bought a new one from other seller. This kind of things happens to me with some frequency mostly with my die-cast cars collection, which cracks me up. Thanks for sharing.
Did you get both the v1 an 2.0 Lion-o figures? As I would love to see a comparison of the wave 1 an the variant. As no one has done a comparison of them yet.
Do you have a follow up on what Super7 said to you from your emails? I got these in at my store and I have had several returns on the whole wave and some of wave three?
@@EvrydayErik wow… sounds similar to what they told me.. I have had issues with paint and loose joints on about 60 percent of their figures since wave 3 TMNT!! It’s ridiculous

Just got my Tygra and Mummra today, and what a let down. The logo was messed up on Tygra, and the arm pegs wont even stay in with or without the cape. I think im done with this line, and will probably cancel the Silverhawks preorders as well. For the prices they are charging , these figures should not have all these QC issues.
Yeah I hear ya, it should be fun opening up our figures and it definitely wasn’t. I’ll probably do a couple more orders just to round out the line, but I’m not all in on this.
My lion o v2 came with a head sculpt half painted talked to cs said they will put me on a list for replacement but cant give me a actual time of when i will get it smh
Well I was told I am put on the Mummra back peg list. No idea when or if I will ever see the back pegs. I appreciate their trying to help, but my god these are expensive figures and should come out so much better.
I received my wave 2 BBTS preorder last Thursday. I immediately opened them all and found a qc issue with Pumyra. The ball/dumbbell peg in the neck is flat like a lollipop. She can look straight ahead, but side to side is even more limited. There are also loose joints/hips on all my figures. I had a heck of a time getting Tygra to stand and Mum ra’s ab crunch seems really loose as well. I blasted super 7 on Instagram and twitter about Pumyra; no response until I emailed them. BBTS on the other hand had a replacement Pumyra sent out the next day and she arrived Tuesday. I feel for $50 there should not be major q/c issues and that if there is an issue Super7 should fix it or replace the figure immediately.
How did big bad Toy store handle it? Do you ship your old one back? Maybe I’ll just order through them next time. Sorry about the trouble you had, this is crazy.
No QC issues with mine. Grune seems to have loose hips but that's about it. I had no idea that Pumyra was smaller. I don't regret passing on that one. I'm fine with the original.
I’m glad you came out good. So your back pegs were already in the hole in the Mummra Figure when you opened him? It’s crazy that I have to mumra’s figures with No pegs, but apparently I’m put on the list to get these. So it might be an ongoing problem.
So you DO have QC. Issues (loose hips definitely counts). It’ll probably spontaneously combust soon. Stupid7 uses the lowest possible grade E ERYTHING!

They did respond to my email and they claim I am on a Peg list for replacement parts. Let me know if you get a peg. this seems to be an ongoing problem. The other problem that I did not bring up in this video that is even may be bigger is that the snakes on his head were incorrect on both figures. You can see the short video I uploaded. The snakes on his head are actually two separate parts, I left one and a right one. At the factory they are often putting on two rates or two lefts and it makes it a symmetrical. It’s not bent plastic, it’s actually the wrong parts glued onto the head. So look out for that too!
Yeah I thought about getting those G.I. Joe’s but didn’t. I was told I was going to get replacement back pegs for Mummra but they have an arrived yet. I did get a little box with a new Mummra head, but I really need the back pegs. Super7 did offer me a refund, maybe I should’ve taken it. I’m hoping my thunder tank arrives without issue. I thought they did a good job on snake Mountain. Good luck with your G.I. Joe figures!
I had to hold myself back on these. I absolutely love the Thundercats but the price of these is obscene. The quality is also garbage. Here in EU the figures cost us around 70 dollars. I wish neca had got the line. super7 are crap.
For the price of these things, yeah the production quality is terrible. Even Hasbro has better paint applications. I’m a ThunderCats fan, but these type of things frustrate me. Good news is I did get an email from super7 offering in an exchange.

You're the first person I've heard about getting the entire wave already from Super7. Just seen ppl get Mumm-Ra only. "Entire wave already", hahaha. Nevermind how many times they were supposed to come out way back when, but just in the last few months with all the Brian Flynn interviews, they were _definitely_ going to be in our hands by the end of March 🤣. Over & over with the bullshit, and more & more with the _way less_ than Marvel Legends quality boutique priced figures. I get the whole thing about these being produced at the old Mattel factory, blah, blah...but how long has it been since Brian realized there's issues? Wouldn't you take a lot of your own money and have it go towards the new factory with getting a wave that we've been waiting for years on produced the *right way* and delivered it to us asap?
Yeah I had to go check out some other videos to see what I was missing here. Everyone apparently got their figures special from super7 the review. I find that interesting, because I paid for my figures and their messed up! Missing back pegs aside, if you look closely in my video the two snakes on mumra’s head, one is correct on the left and the one on the right is jutting forward. Apparently these are glued into the helmet and they used the two left ones instead of a left and a right one. This makes it look off-center, I forgot to bring this up in my video because I caught it after the fact. There’s a lot of quality control issues here I’ll be looking forward to other peoples videos!
@@EvrydayErik Yeah, haven't seen any of these issues with the free samples that were provided to ppl. But another interesting thing is those ppl don't always receive excellent copies. You'd think a company would want to represent their stuff the best way possible with cherry picking good copies. But we'll see if the snake piece issue is pretty rampant once the 'I paid for these figures' reviews start rolling out. And you pretty much pointed out the issue in the review, I just clearly wasn't thinking well when I wrote my comments. If one figure needs to be done right, it's definitely Mumm-Ra. We've only been waiting 3+ years lol
Tygras shading in face is not the same as the promo . So I was not happy. Im glad I have a custom tygra and a custom Cheetara. I'm not sure if I'm buying Pumara. And Grune comes with the loose joints. Even though I was not happy at all with Grune... I had to buy 2 to have him as Thundercat and also as Grune the destroyer.
I called out Super 7 on social media years back on why they'll delay a figure for months to years over what seems like small pr simple problems (re: animation Teelas delay I think). Brian gave me some smart ass answer about liking quality figures and since I didn't that's OK too. These things were delayed (OK pandemic) far too long and still come out with tons of flubs. Mine are out for delivery now but after dropping over $200 for 4-figures I'm dreading what's going to be wrong with them. I really just want Cheetara on my shelf so if I need to call the collection done, I can. I honestly hate Super 7 but unfortunately really love Thundercats and Silverhawks. If it were any other license Super 7 and their "punk rock" attitude could pound sand. Edit: Just opened my set and everything was actually perfect. Had the back cape peg on Mumm-Ra. Little tricky to pull out but holds the cape in place. I initially wondered if they ditched that peg in production and maybe the cape went over the ball peg for the head and they didn't have time to patch the hole out of the sculpt. Only gripes would be loose hips on Mumm-Ra and Grune and the cape wrist pegs for Mumm-Ra. Those are held loosely in place and I know they'll pop off and I'll loose them at some point.
I totally agree with your feelings about super7. I’m glad your figure came out decent. They have a big ego, they have repetitive quality control issues, and they’re really bad at communicating with their customers when there is a serious problem. They should’ve already announced a Mumra pack to be shipped out to everyone who ordered it. It’s a bad experience, I’ll be looking to phase these out buying these as well.
Yeah it’s not one of the best faces super7 has done. Surprisingly they have gotten back to me and I think they’re going to hook me up with an exchange.

I feel your pain on waiting so long and then getting splotchy paint and Hitler mustache (WTF?). It's frustrating on many levels, because not only did I preorder these ages ago, I did so as a bundle and I haven't seen one figure yet. Tygra is available by himself on BBTS. Then, Snowman, Lion-0 (V2) and Panthro (V2) were preordered and nothing sent my way yet...but they're all on Amazon! It has been a bumpy road for sure just getting the core characters in our collections (and without issues). Still, it does make the LJN figures look like turds (no offense, I loved them as a kid)!
Yeah I really liked Thundercats when I was younger. So super7 really has me going in on these. I’m not sure I’m gonna get everybody, I just might stick to the core characters because they are over priced and I’m a little tired of all these quality issues. That said, I did order the thunder tank. Super7 did get back to me and they said I am put on a “peg list“ so apparently other people didn’t get their pegs, I don’t know how long it’s gonna take to get them. Distribution from all these companies is pretty terrible right now.
My whole wave was trash lol. Bbts gave me my money back and I got to keep them. Then I got another set and then pieced together the 2 setd til I got close to perfect figures lol. I skipped pumyra since I had mattels. Now I changed my mind and she's sold out everywhere lol.
That sucks, I just got my wave five and I’m actually uploading the video in about an hour. Everything came out better. But I’m not exactly seeing quality when I open up my figures. I’m going to start decreasing my orders from super seven, it stresses me out too much.
@@EvrydayErik I'm in the middle of opening 5 now. Captain hammerhand was great but a chip on the yellow horn on the angry head and that's the head I wanted to use. Vultureman is good. I see loose joints in all s7 figures in the future due to the type of plastic they use. Especially in any hinge disc or swivel.
Yeah I caught another thing but did a short on it. There are two different pieces that make up the snakes on Mumra‘s helmet. On both my figures they glued two left pieces, so it’s uneven and looks weird. If you can see my short, I show up there. I did not enjoy opening my toys today.
@@EvrydayErik That’s terrible! I actually preordered these but now I’m worried. Like you said, for that price they should be perfect! I read something where Mattel was painting some of these for super 7. I’ve noticed Mattel has had a bunch of qc issues with the motu origins recently.
It’s sad to see that Super 7 is not much improved on QC issues. For Pete’s sake this is the company that sent out Jackalman with his lower legs reversed between right and left! Then they had to send out a “booster pack” to address other issues!?!? All while charging ridiculous prices. I’m in on most of the “ core” cast of characters, but that’s about it. I have their GI Joes on order as well…..hope I don’t regret that choice! Ha ha! Great review and LOVE your channel. Be well, my friend!
Thanks Travis, I totally forgot about jackal man! There’s always something like that with super 7. I hope I can get through the remaining core Thundercats characters with minimal carnage. It’s just too stressful when they arrive. I’m a huge G.I. Joe fan but I just couldn’t do it with super7. If they were half the price, maybe I would do it. Man, that's crazy you haven't even gotten wave 4 yet. I got mine the other week from BBTS...well minus Snowman of Hook Mountain for an unknown reason, so had to go the ebay route. I figured everyone that ordered that wave from Super7 got all theirs by now. Just goes to show you never know who's going to get them first, cause it might very well be Big Bad. But probably won't get this wave until the end of May. Going forward, I'd say to never order direct from Super7. I've never heard a story where someone got a quick reply and they corrected the blunder. Just a bunch of being ignored and you're stuck with what you got. I hope that's not the case with you and the major Mumm-Ra issues; but if it came from BBTS you could get a pretty hassle-free replacement. Had two occasions with them where I bought a replacement and went to return the defective one, but it wasn't worth it for them to send me a prepaid return label, so I just got a refund and kept a free figure. Happened with a Super7 ultimate and Mezco One:12....so yeah, pretty damn good.
Yeah I found some more issues. Apparently there are two different versions of the snake on mumras helmet. Two of my snakes are the same version of the snake, which means one of them is judding forward. It’s actually the wrong snake piece and not bent. I emailed them I’m gonna call them Monday, you’re right normally that their customer service sucks.

There's so many defects there's no way they can honestly pass that off as normal QC factory issues. Good luck man cause I genuinely feel your discontent. I ordered two just with the hopes that one will be alright, same with double Tygra's. At least that one came out nice with no paint issues on the heads or sloppy ThunderCats logo.
Is just insane how final product looks nothing like the prototype. Have you seen Cheetara? They "fixed" hip issue by giving her wider waist. Also her face looks bad.
I saw the video, but didn’t get a good look at her. I’ll take your word for it that she’s not as advertised. That’s a real shame, because I think that’s the figure that most people really wanted. They rush to make too much product that they can’t deliver and run into all kinds of problems.
I feel the more these are rushed out the door, the worse the paint is getting. My local toy store had Lynx-o in a display cabinet and his paint was so bad it looked like a 3 yr old was given a paint brush on it! Makes me nervous when I'm in the UK and have them on order from BBTS 😅
Yep! you play Russian roulette every time you open these up from the brown mailer. Super7 has to understand they have to get the faces right, it’s the most important part. We can overlook badly painted a belt buckles.
The QC is the real issue here, price in other hand is a different story, people needs to understand that a small company can’t give you the same prices that big companies that own the business for decades, because the amount they order and produce is more, the more number you order from the factory the better price for production you are going to get, lower expensive for production lower retail prices, if people don’t know the cost of production because they don’t own company stop talking shit about prices, but in exchange for the price everyone it’s entitled to received a good product without to mayor QC issues
Yeah I’m getting a lot of messages with quality control issues and things that even I missed. They’re just pumping out too much product while they own the intellectual property toy rights. They need to slow down and do things right. It’s like they’re just trying to make as much money as possible in the time they have.

Yeah all these figures are coming in with defects. I missing half the things that are wrong with them apparently. I really want the core characters but I have to wind things down. Getting these in the mail and opening them up isn’t fun anymore.

I"m really glad, I didn't let the nostalgia bug grab me with this line, I would of had major regret. Maybe one day, a company will do this line justice.

Hi, thanks for the review. I'm quite sceptical about super 7 since the Conan line. Somehow it feels the price and quality do not match.i was really tempted to invest in gi Joe line, however I'm still not convinced that I should do it.
I experienced a lot of QC issues with the Master's of the Universe figures that I ordered from Super7. Lion-O was the only Thundercats figures that I ordered from series 1. Naturally the Lion-O that I received had locked up joints and lots of paint spray everywhere. I would like to get a Mumm-Ra but these figures are way too expensive and I don't trust Super7's consistently disappointing QC.
Ya, I caught more things after making the video. The snakes are screwed up on his helmet. I uploaded a short showing it. There is a left and right snake piece. They used 2 of the same. Looks off center.
@@EvrydayErik That's disappointing. It feels like the QC is getting worse for all of the collector focused brands. I've had serious issues with Super7, NECA, Articulated Icons and Action Force/Valaverse. The only company who has shipped me action figures without problems are the Four Horsemen. Beyond a couple of loose joints I've never had a bad experience with the Mythic Legions line.
Super7 is garbage but you can put the cape around the neck ball peg. Or contact the company. If you got it from BBTS they will either replace the figures or refund you and let you keep the damaged ones.

I can’t disagree with you. Super7 is really good at grabbing licenses. The secret design is good, but somethings going on in these factories. And the prices abhorrent.
How about if we, instead of buying multiples of one figure from a crap factory to cobble together 1 somewhat exceptable one, we just stop buying these shit figures and wait for the licence to be picked up by a less douchy company who actually makes decent figures
I hear ya, I love ThunderCats so they sort of have me by the balls. I bought two mumras anyway so I could have different poses on the shelf, so it worked out. They sent me an email that I’m on the “peg list “ for the parts.

My Mumm-Ra just came and luckily didn't have any issues. My Tygra, and seemingly everyone else's, is missing an arm band on his right arm

Yep, been a year & a half. BTTS just shipped my Mum'ra & Ma'mut, Lion-O, Grune & Pumyra. Oddly enough Cheetara was the only delayed again.

Just got my Tygra and Mummra today, and what a let down. The logo was messed up on Tygra, and the arm pegs wont even stay in with or without the cape. I think im done with this line, and will probably cancel the Silverhawks preorders as well. For the prices they are charging , these figures should not have all these QC issues.
Yeah I hear ya, it should be fun opening up our figures and it definitely wasn’t. I’ll probably do a couple more orders just to round out the line, but I’m not all in on this.

Well I was told I am put on the Mummra back peg list. No idea when or if I will ever see the back pegs. I appreciate their trying to help, but my god these are expensive figures and should come out so much better.

I received my wave 2 BBTS preorder last Thursday. I immediately opened them all and found a qc issue with Pumyra. The ball/dumbbell peg in the neck is flat like a lollipop. She can look straight ahead, but side to side is even more limited. There are also loose joints/hips on all my figures. I had a heck of a time getting Tygra to stand and Mum ra’s ab crunch seems really loose as well. I blasted super 7 on Instagram and twitter about Pumyra; no response until I emailed them. BBTS on the other hand had a replacement Pumyra sent out the next day and she arrived Tuesday. I feel for $50 there should not be major q/c issues and that if there is an issue Super7 should fix it or replace the figure immediately.
How did big bad Toy store handle it? Do you ship your old one back? Maybe I’ll just order through them next time. Sorry about the trouble you had, this is crazy.

No QC issues with mine. Grune seems to have loose hips but that's about it. I had no idea that Pumyra was smaller. I don't regret passing on that one. I'm fine with the original.
I’m glad you came out good. So your back pegs were already in the hole in the Mummra Figure when you opened him? It’s crazy that I have to mumra’s figures with No pegs, but apparently I’m put on the list to get these. So it might be an ongoing problem.

They did respond to my email and they claim I am on a Peg list for replacement parts. Let me know if you get a peg. this seems to be an ongoing problem. The other problem that I did not bring up in this video that is even may be bigger is that the snakes on his head were incorrect on both figures. You can see the short video I uploaded. The snakes on his head are actually two separate parts, I left one and a right one. At the factory they are often putting on two rates or two lefts and it makes it a symmetrical. It’s not bent plastic, it’s actually the wrong parts glued onto the head. So look out for that too!

Yeah I thought about getting those G.I. Joe’s but didn’t. I was told I was going to get replacement back pegs for Mummra but they have an arrived yet. I did get a little box with a new Mummra head, but I really need the back pegs. Super7 did offer me a refund, maybe I should’ve taken it. I’m hoping my thunder tank arrives without issue. I thought they did a good job on snake Mountain. Good luck with your G.I. Joe figures!
I had to hold myself back on these. I absolutely love the Thundercats but the price of these is obscene. The quality is also garbage. Here in EU the figures cost us around 70 dollars. I wish neca had got the line. super7 are crap.
For the price of these things, yeah the production quality is terrible. Even Hasbro has better paint applications. I’m a ThunderCats fan, but these type of things frustrate me. Good news is I did get an email from super7 offering in an exchange.

Yeah I got my Cheetara. She’s very underwhelming and disappointing. I am going to slowly decrease my buying from Super7. I went in on the thunder tank, so I don’t know if I’m going to regret that.

You're the first person I've heard about getting the entire wave already from Super7. Just seen ppl get Mumm-Ra only. "Entire wave already", hahaha. Nevermind how many times they were supposed to come out way back when, but just in the last few months with all the Brian Flynn interviews, they were _definitely_ going to be in our hands by the end of March 🤣. Over & over with the bullshit, and more & more with the _way less_ than Marvel Legends quality boutique priced figures. I get the whole thing about these being produced at the old Mattel factory, blah, blah...but how long has it been since Brian realized there's issues? Wouldn't you take a lot of your own money and have it go towards the new factory with getting a wave that we've been waiting for years on produced the *right way* and delivered it to us asap?
Yeah I had to go check out some other videos to see what I was missing here. Everyone apparently got their figures special from super7 the review. I find that interesting, because I paid for my figures and their messed up! Missing back pegs aside, if you look closely in my video the two snakes on mumra’s head, one is correct on the left and the one on the right is jutting forward. Apparently these are glued into the helmet and they used the two left ones instead of a left and a right one. This makes it look off-center, I forgot to bring this up in my video because I caught it after the fact. There’s a lot of quality control issues here I’ll be looking forward to other peoples videos!

Yeah, haven't seen any of these issues with the free samples that were provided to ppl. But another interesting thing is those ppl don't always receive excellent copies. You'd think a company would want to represent their stuff the best way possible with cherry picking good copies. But we'll see if the snake piece issue is pretty rampant once the 'I paid for these figures' reviews start rolling out. And you pretty much pointed out the issue in the review, I just clearly wasn't thinking well when I wrote my comments. If one figure needs to be done right, it's definitely Mumm-Ra. We've only been waiting 3+ years lol

Tygras shading in face is not the same as the promo . So I was not happy. Im glad I have a custom tygra and a custom Cheetara. I'm not sure if I'm buying Pumara. And Grune comes with the loose joints. Even though I was not happy at all with Grune... I had to buy 2 to have him as Thundercat and also as Grune the destroyer.
Yeah, I’m gonna buy less super7 in the future. They dropped the ball on these Thundercat figures. I did buy the thunder tank so, so I hope that’s OK.
I called out Super 7 on social media years back on why they'll delay a figure for months to years over what seems like small pr simple problems (re: animation Teelas delay I think). Brian gave me some smart ass answer about liking quality figures and since I didn't that's OK too. These things were delayed (OK pandemic) far too long and still come out with tons of flubs. Mine are out for delivery now but after dropping over $200 for 4-figures I'm dreading what's going to be wrong with them. I really just want Cheetara on my shelf so if I need to call the collection done, I can. I honestly hate Super 7 but unfortunately really love Thundercats and Silverhawks. If it were any other license Super 7 and their "punk rock" attitude could pound sand.
Edit: Just opened my set and everything was actually perfect. Had the back cape peg on Mumm-Ra. Little tricky to pull out but holds the cape in place. I initially wondered if they ditched that peg in production and maybe the cape went over the ball peg for the head and they didn't have time to patch the hole out of the sculpt. Only gripes would be loose hips on Mumm-Ra and Grune and the cape wrist pegs for Mumm-Ra. Those are held loosely in place and I know they'll pop off and I'll loose them at some point.
I totally agree with your feelings about super7. I’m glad your figure came out decent. They have a big ego, they have repetitive quality control issues, and they’re really bad at communicating with their customers when there is a serious problem. They should’ve already announced a Mumra pack to be shipped out to everyone who ordered it. It’s a bad experience, I’ll be looking to phase these out buying these as well.
Is super 7 remaking jackleman without peg holes like the new figures?
I have heard nothing official, but knowing them I say they probably would.

I feel your pain on waiting so long and then getting splotchy paint and Hitler mustache (WTF?). It's frustrating on many levels, because not only did I preorder these ages ago, I did so as a bundle and I haven't seen one figure yet. Tygra is available by himself on BBTS. Then, Snowman, Lion-0 (V2) and Panthro (V2) were preordered and nothing sent my way yet...but they're all on Amazon! It has been a bumpy road for sure just getting the core characters in our collections (and without issues). Still, it does make the LJN figures look like turds (no offense, I loved them as a kid)!
Yeah I really liked Thundercats when I was younger. So super7 really has me going in on these. I’m not sure I’m gonna get everybody, I just might stick to the core characters because they are over priced and I’m a little tired of all these quality issues. That said, I did order the thunder tank. Super7 did get back to me and they said I am put on a “peg list“ so apparently other people didn’t get their pegs, I don’t know how long it’s gonna take to get them. Distribution from all these companies is pretty terrible right now.

My whole wave was trash lol. Bbts gave me my money back and I got to keep them. Then I got another set and then pieced together the 2 setd til I got close to perfect figures lol.
I skipped pumyra since I had mattels. Now I changed my mind and she's sold out everywhere lol.
That sucks, I just got my wave five and I’m actually uploading the video in about an hour. Everything came out better. But I’m not exactly seeing quality when I open up my figures. I’m going to start decreasing my orders from super seven, it stresses me out too much.
@@EvrydayErik I'm in the middle of opening 5 now. Captain hammerhand was great but a chip on the yellow horn on the angry head and that's the head I wanted to use.
Vultureman is good. I see loose joints in all s7 figures in the future due to the type of plastic they use. Especially in any hinge disc or swivel.
I was thinking of collecting this line and I’ve never bought any ultimate figures because of the price but I’m not liking the quality issues!
Yeah I caught another thing but did a short on it. There are two different pieces that make up the snakes on Mumra‘s helmet. On both my figures they glued two left pieces, so it’s uneven and looks weird. If you can see my short, I show up there. I did not enjoy opening my toys today.
@@EvrydayErik That’s terrible! I actually preordered these but now I’m worried. Like you said, for that price they should be perfect! I read something where Mattel was painting some of these for super 7. I’ve noticed Mattel has had a bunch of qc issues with the motu origins recently.
It’s sad to see that Super 7 is not much improved on QC issues. For Pete’s sake this is the company that sent out Jackalman with his lower legs reversed between right and left! Then they had to send out a “booster pack” to address other issues!?!? All while charging ridiculous prices. I’m in on most of the “ core” cast of characters, but that’s about it. Thanks Travis, I totally forgot about jackal man! There’s always something like that with super 7. I hope I can get through the remaining core Thundercats characters with minimal carnage. It’s just too stressful when they arrive. I’m a huge G.I. Joe fan but I just couldn’t do it with super7. If they were half the price, maybe I would do it. Mattel did the shins first. They were reprints of mattels at most likely mattels factory.

Man, that's crazy you haven't even gotten wave 4 yet. I got mine the other week from BBTS...well minus Snowman of Hook Mountain for an unknown reason, so had to go the ebay route. I figured everyone that ordered that wave from Super7 got all theirs by now. Just goes to show you never know who's going to get them first, cause it might very well be Big Bad. But probably won't get this wave until the end of May. Going forward, I'd say to never order direct from Super7.
I've never heard a story where someone got a quick reply and they corrected the blunder. Just a bunch of being ignored and you're stuck with what you got. I hope that's not the case with you and the major Mumm-Ra issues; but if it came from BBTS you could get a pretty hassle-free replacement. Had two occasions with them where I bought a replacement and went to return the defective one, but it wasn't worth it for them to send me a prepaid return label, so I just got a refund and kept a free figure. Happened with a Super7 ultimate and Mezco One:12....so yeah, pretty damn good.
Yeah I found some more issues. Apparently there are two different versions of the snake on mumras helmet. Two of my snakes are the same version of the snake, which means one of them is judding forward. It’s actually the wrong snake piece and not bent. I emailed them I’m gonna call them Monday, you’re right normally that their customer service sucks.

Good luck man cause I genuinely feel your discontent. I ordered two just with the hopes that one will be alright, same with double Tygra's. At least that one came out nice with no paint issues on the heads or sloppy ThunderCats logo.

I saw the video, but didn’t get a good look at her. I’ll take your word for it that she’s not as advertised. That’s a real shame, because I think that’s the figure that most people really wanted. They rush to make too much product that they can’t deliver and run into all kinds of problems.

I feel the more these are rushed out the door, the worse the paint is getting. My local toy store had Lynx-o in a display cabinet and his paint was so bad it looked like a 3 yr old was given a paint brush on it! Makes me nervous when I'm in the UK and have them on order from BBTS 😅
Yep! you play Russian roulette every time you open these up from the brown mailer. Super7 has to understand they have to get the faces right, it’s the most important part. We can overlook badly painted a belt buckles.

The QC is the real issue here, price in other hand is a different story, people needs to understand that a small company can’t give you the same prices that big companies that own the business for decades, because the amount they order and produce is more, the more number you order from the factory the better price for production you are going to get, lower expensive for production lower retail prices, if people don’t know the cost of production because they don’t own company stop talking shit about prices, but in exchange for the price everyone it’s entitled to received a good product without to mayor QC issues
Yeah I’m getting a lot of messages with quality control issues and things that even I missed. They’re just pumping out too much product while they own the intellectual property toy rights. They need to slow down and do things right. It’s like they’re just trying to make as much money as possible in the time they have.

Yeah all these figures are coming in with defects. I missing half the things that are wrong with them apparently. I really want the core characters but I have to wind things down. Getting these in the mail and opening them up isn’t fun anymore.

I"m really glad, I didn't let the nostalgia bug grab me with this line, I would of had major regret. Maybe one day, a company will do this line justice.

Hi, thanks for the review. I'm quite sceptical about super 7 since the Conan line. Somehow it feels the price and quality do not match.i was really tempted to invest in gi Joe line, however I'm still not convinced that I should do it.
I experienced a lot of QC issues with the Master's of the Universe figures that I ordered from Super7. Lion-O was the only Thundercats figures that I ordered from series 1. Naturally the Lion-O that I received had locked up joints and lots of paint spray everywhere. I would like to get a Mumm-Ra but these figures are way too expensive and I don't trust Super7's consistently disappointing QC.
Ya, I caught more things after making the video. The snakes are screwed up on his helmet. I uploaded a short showing it. There is a left and right snake piece. They used 2 of the same. Looks off center.
@@EvrydayErik That's disappointing. It feels like the QC is getting worse for all of the collector focused brands. I've had serious issues with Super7, NECA, Articulated Icons and Action Force/Valaverse. The only company who has shipped me action figures without problems are the Four Horsemen. Beyond a couple of loose joints I've never had a bad experience with the Mythic Legions line.
Super7 is garbage but you can put the cape around the neck ball peg. Or contact the company. If you got it from BBTS they will either replace the figures or refund you and let you keep the damaged ones.

How about if we, instead of buying multiples of one figure from a crap factory to cobble together 1 somewhat exceptable one, we just stop buying these shit figures and wait for the licence to be picked up by a less douchy company who actually makes decent figures
