750/ 800 ton lift. Largest mobile crane that can carry its own boom on the roads. Second largest mobile crane, as the LIEBHERR LTM11200 (One thousand, two hundred ton max lift) is the largest mobile crane, but that cannot travel on the roads with its boom attached.
Well done! Amazing technology these days , i was running Grove hydros in the 80’s & that would have taken a couple hours back then ( and a few choice words )
Kings operator showing their amateur side allowing an LTM 1750 at an all up weight of 110 tonnes to climb onto an un-guarded footpath with members of the public freely walking about, may have looked impressive to some folk but this was a massive failure to safely traverse a public road ....
@@tl50camiva Before posting my comments I checked in Slo-mo and there is no evidence on that video the van driver behind was talking to anyone or, more importantly played any supporting role to ensure the pathway ahead of the crane was clear, if that is your best shot of defending the in-defensible maybe you should reflect on what you posted.
You can just hear the comms system in the van at the end of this video taken on the same day- not even any need for 'Slo-mo' as it's quite clear. ua-cam.com/video/84dKHgs1LY0/v-deo.html
Thanks Greg; I’ve really enjoyed the informative videos about the work around Dawlish Station.
Thank goodness for steerable axles ❗️😄
Love that comment from the lady😊
What a outstanding crew
Great work Kings of Bristol!!
Naughty naughty driving over a manhole cover on pavement
Seen plenty go through with just a 110 driving on them
Impressive crane ! 👍
Now that is one terrific machine indeed ! Made it look easier than I suspect it really is ! Wow !

Impressive driver
If you struggle to get a
Fiat 500 round there...
you shouldn't be driving!! 😆
(i know it's sarcasm)
Even after going the wrong way through the one way system the bends on the hill must have been 'interesting'. Rather them than me!
That looks the correct route for normal traffic?
Damn thats huge
Damn!!
The UK has strong bridges and good road structures - but that's how the pavements get smashed up. Well done lads.
What a beast 💪 👏 🇬🇧

Kings Escort Van travelling behind if you look closely- communicating with the crane driver at all times.
