    whipped cream - 250 g (8.8 oz)
    IN THE FRIDGE 30 MIN after the first layer of cream
    for the glaze:
    dark chocolate - 240 g (8.5 oz)
    liquid cream - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
    butter - 50 g (1.76 oz)
    IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN 2 MIN
    IN THE FRIDGE 30 MIN after the glaze in the middle
    IN THE FRIDGE 30 MIN after the second cake top
    IN THE FRIDGE 30 MIN after adding the final glaze
