The more it takes support at a given price, the weaker the support becomes. Any news which causes drastic moves will break such supports easily. Just an observation

It doesn't apply for TCS as well....strong support lies at 3400 while strong resistance is placed at 4000. So from 4K to 3.4K it's 15% correction. So here Chances of breaking support is very less unless some derating happens

Sir, in Chart reading, small observation from my experience. I am not giving this in hindsight after Infosys has fallen or after it came up with bad result, but Still there is a very wildly believed popular Technical concept that if Price takes support at a particular level or Zone too many times i.e say more than 3 times or so, then that Support becomes weaker & weaker every time. So the chances of that support breaking is more. This applies to Resistance as well. Infact 2nd time is the best time to trade the Swing based on Support/Resistance, bcz from 3rd time onwards itself there is a higher chance of Price breaking that Sup/Res. How many people agree on this? (Obviously I am talking abt 70-75% probability here, as nothing is 100% accurate)
true....This was in fact explained by MR.PRS also in his recent video in May with a hammer example ( IF a hammer keeps on striking repeatedly @ a point , after a few attempts it breaks )..of course as you rightly pointed out probability is 70-75%...

I take sell potitions on friday evening to get decay but as a side effect I get sleepless nights also for free , I have 16500 to 800 all in red , Monday mkt will welcome us with 200 300 points gap down , this will lead my losses from red to deep red , from now n onwords I will choose good sleep nights with no position, thanks sir

If you cannot do fire fighting, you cannot survive in Option trading.
In option selling, nerve and adrenal may go out of control and that is the only cause of losses in market. Otherwise, with high level of reserve fund, the selling will give a good return. I learned this from you sir. 🙏

there seems to be something is not right... for the 1600 call option sell, when infy is around 1550 , you sold call option then market recovers then call option should show loss or minimal profit..so you must have bought it and sold not the other way?
strategy is important but how u manage is very important too and that depends on how smart and composed u are when ur position dont go ur way. strategy is one thing Execution is another.

Sir, I have some questions on open interest. People say open interest is created by sellers. Short buildup created by sellers and when they cover it, it says short covering. That is open interest created and closed. Am clear here. But I don't understand long buildup. Where is the seller here? Long buildup created by buyers and they close it by long unwinding. Pls help me to understand.. Thanks...

Sir, what was/is the most helpful thing in your trading journey which enhanced your skill like this.....and plz make a video on it and tell us what you avoided in trading?
1. avoid greed
2. small but consistent profit is better than greed for more returns. That way you can stay longer in the markets with your returns.
3. I think in initial years safe proven strategies for example iron condor far out of ATM with very low delta and 0.5 to 1 % returns would have been his style. by doing this consistently he has compounded his capital and now enjoy the luxury of taking bigger risks.

At the end, INFY came to 1600 that is where the final positions are closed , why put closing price is 98.2k, where as call closing price is 59.6k ? is it not both 1600 call and 1600 put closing price should be almost same ?

absolute truth. Market is for those with huge capital and serious in it can make money. Shortly a time is round the corner where algo's take over all these adjustments... ( most of it is already in place) where retailers doing manual adujustments could not survive. That too handling so many trades in a day, it's impossible to avoid mistakes and do it with rational thinking under panic situations...
3-4 % profit is not no matter for derivatives to investment 20lakh. If you professional trader, look at infosys 05/04/22 was 1860, then what happened you know. But at the same time, KM suger stoke was near 31-32. Yesterday it was 45 just 10-12 trading season. 40%+ profit

I am pretty confused with PRS. He is modest and open at times and very immodest on several occasions. Seems to do tons of social work and immodestly shows off his P/L at times. Agree he has come up the hard way and really admire his success. His courses, however, are for the super-rich and as such he seems to have lost his connect with the world he came from. He is not alone in the world of very successful traders going this way. Does this happen to all successful people? Or is there an element of marketing for his courses?
Interestingly, while trying to get some reviews of his courses, I see links that sell recordings of his past courses. Just goes to say that he must be doing good there. And for those selling such course recordings, they definitely lack morals and ethics.
Does anyone else see it this way?

Practical examples of fire fighting/adjustments helps rather than repeated announcement of "FII's selling, volatile market etc" which by this time most of us know and also have gained knowledge where to fish out these details...

Even today when i write this reply ( 25th May'22 night 3 AM), Fed meeting has happened today , Interest rates were hiked by 50 basis points and announced that in following months hike by 50 points is inevitable 9 announced by 11.30 pm. SEE the U.S. Market--- Dow /S&P/Nasdaq all gone up by more than 1 %.. Tech stocks gone up by 3- 5 % in U.S. ( I have 1000 shares of NIVIDIA bought by my daughter ... up by 4.9% ..gone up from 161 usd to 168 usd....
So as long as hike is well below than expected markets can go up....
You should share some profit with your subscribers listening to you and supporting you on UA-cam and literally not making money(in fact losing money) 🙂 Jokes aside, I think this strategy comes naturally to a seasoned option writer, only question is do you have the margin money needed?

In comments section some one asked few days back, How much FII hold in indian stock market. I did an analysis and it comes around 600 billion dollars approximately as of last quarter data. it comes around approximately 18% of Indian Market which is 3.5 trillion dollars. I may be wrong. Some one can cross verify

Check one strategy at a time ( many channels in you tube teach it ..like for example Short straddle ..) go back to any trading platform which has free paper trading facility... choose a trade weekly/daily or monthly and record it in paper trading and check the profit/ loss.. Do the adjustments as you have understood and verify the results. Patiently try this for few proven standard strategies for atleast a couple of months. Then you can dive into live market with minimum capital 2 lacs at least and start with very low risk/high pop strategy....

@@madanlalratan3962 Premium can be around 40% range or around 40 points for Infosys. You can also do support or resistance-based hedging where you buy strikes near support or resistance. For Infosys, 1680 is going to be big resistance and 1560 will be support for now.
