If govt authority does ,this ,why not private will not go five steps more in bringing trauma to their customer ? It's all a chain of gang ,who only in the govt does in presence of high officials concent .But it's being watched not by one but many officers too.
Your Investment in flats / apartments in these high rise societies are not being well appreciated even over a decade due to high bank loan interest , renovation, maintenance costs . Wise people must invest their hard earned money very carefully in lands and then build independent house on it . Otherwise your loss is enormous and on top of that , these dirty games by builders & agencies are extra headache , which we must stay away from !

To have a plot or flat in bhubaneswar .very tough.u have to forget ur investment.lot of gonads are reserved by some power full people.they will take ur money.purchase the land .then they sell it to third party.u will be in waiting till u knock the door of justice.if u are lucky enough u may getback ur money after 3 to five years without interest.so becarefull while dealing Real estate matters in bhubaneswar.
