Mine works well, my hair short but thick so I have to use the highest temp, work small sections and leave it about 40 seconds, it’s important to press firmly too! And of course don’t forget the heat protection spray 😅
what size are the barrels exactly!? this product isn’t available in my country so i’m trying to find a dupe, the description on their website doesn’t really help
I Have it and it doesn’t work I don’t know if it just doesn’t work for me because I put it like I have a super thick care if I like in 15 and it didn’t work like the curls and would like I would like like 20 seconds and it didn’t even nothing didn’t did nothing so like so I think it’s not a really good product the other one I have it just work but this one is not so I really don’t recommend the
I came looking for some tutorial because mine doesn’t worth either. I feel to press for more than 10/15 sec it can burn your hair and still doesn’t work. I also have long and thick hair, so probably it does work in thin hair. Not for me 😞

Yea I have very thick hair so I put it to the highest setting and hold it tight for 15 seconds but that’s me and it works perfectly ❤️
