1. Resume work within 2 to 3 days after procedure.
2. How many hours to use computers,laptops.
3. Wearing of protective sun wear when going outdoors.
4. Televisions, Mobile and reading newspapers can be resumed from next day of procedure by taking frequent breaks due to fatigue.
5. Wait for 7 days before you resume driving.
6. We prefer you to resume swimming after a week from the procedure.
7. Join the gym after 2 days but do not use the sonar or steam, do not carry heavy weights and do less repetitions. treadmill and other aerobics can be done.
8. Sports activities can be resumed after 3 days of the procedure.
9. Wash your hair on day 2 or 3 but do not nuckle your eyes.
10. Eye makeup can be done after a week of the procedure.
11. For wearing colored contact lens we advice you to wait till Dr Anand Shroff examines you and tells you the right time.

Hello, i just got SMILE EYE SURGERY done on July, 2020. My vision is way better now. Could you suggest me, what to-do and not to-do to keep my sight that way? Like diet, lifestyle
Can I dye my hair?
My experience:
I got same on 9th oct 2023 and on 14th my vision got half clear and on 16-17 it got 100% clear. Now my completely fine and totally clear and doing all routine activities. But i am having all those medicines suggested by my doc for month or two and some vitamin tabs.
It’s my 5 th day can I cook food ???? When it is ???
1. Is there any chance of vision loss?
2. Can a patient positive for covid have smile eye surgery after his recovery from covid? If yes after how many months can he have?
3. I have heard that ....eye surgery may weaken the night vision. Is that true???

Hello I did a Relex Smile surgery 10 days before. I had a very low myopia. Since the surgery I have vision fluctuations and a blurry near vision. Is that a common problem? If yes, how long takes the recovery time?
By the way Im 30 years old and had a very low myopia - 1.00/-1.50 without any astigmatism.
Did you get better? I’m the same way you described. I did the smile surgery 8 days ago, some moments I can see well but it get blur randomly
