Hi Tess, i like the different patterns, but I, too, would be disappointed with not getting the full 50 patterns. Thanks for sharing this. Have a great day😊
Amazon has that for the kindle if you don't want the cards. It is by Claire too. Im not good at diagrams. I have some magic crochet magazines I never use because of that.
Totally agree with your sentiments on the pattern repetition, it’s a bit cheeky, and some of the others are VERY similar too. But there are a few lovely ones.
I agree with you about not having 50 different patterns but it says 50 different designs not patterns. I know its semantics but that's why i wouldn't purchase. You can find so many patterns on line, but the cards would be convenient. Thanks for the info. Hope you are feeling better. 💜
I’m semi new to granny squares but I’m loving making them!!! I do think for granny square beginners like me it’s nice to have the diagrams for the color changes. HOWEVER I think they could have reduced the 5 cards to two. They could have kept the traditional ones that show how to color change each round and they added a note for how to modify it to make either a two color or solid color granny. Then they could have made a diagrams for the four tone diagonal square with instructions on how to modify it to a two tone diagonal square. That would have made those 10 cards into 4 cards and they could have added 6 more designs.
Interesting - I might need to order to reinforce diagram learning! Watched your video and was like why did I say so long to learn to read these. You really made it easy to learn. Thank you.
Aww, thank you, Mary. That means a lot to me. I love doing tutorials because I am still a teacher in my mind. It's just a different set of skills that I teach now. 😄
I wonder if she should have called it techniques verse patterns because half did look similar to others, but I am new to granny squares. They are cute. I have never blocked before. I will learn that next.
Thank you for doing this. I was wondering how varied the author was. I'm not sure I'd buy. I already have a bunch of various squares saved on UA-cam, Pinterest and Instagram. I really like the more intricate patterns, although right now I'm working on a stash buster with the basic square pattern.
So glad to see you back at home. You are looking great. what a great deck. Thanks for sharing
Great info, thanks,Tess!!❤❤❤
Glad your hospital stay is over. Hope your prognosis is good. Praying for continued health. ❤
❤❤. Thank you!
Thank you for doing this. I remembered your review of this product and saw the scam warnings. So many people were disappointed
They've been clever with the description, designs instead of patterns, tiny change but massive difference ❤
Thank you for the review Tess, I’m glad you are home xx
Hi Tess. So good to see you back in your yarn room, behind your desk. Hope you're doing well and those cards are nice.

I was really worried about the diagrams. I'm off to watch that video now. Thanks!❤

I love diagrams especially when patterns get too wordy! I've made doilies from diagrams without a picture and it's so fun.

Hi Mary! Blocking is super easy. I can tell you more about it on the Live today. I hope you can make it at 2pm CST. 😀

Hi Betty! I agree, if you have a lot of patterns already, there wouldn't make sense to purchase the cards. I got them for the channel. 😍
Really deceptive advertising
