I suffered with depression & anxiety, one day I decided to change my eating habit. I stopped eating junk food, added sugars, soda, rice, candy, chips you get the point. I started walking M-F minimum of 5k steps max 10k & let me tell you how much clearer my head is, I’m more energetic, & I’ve lost so many inches, my eye sight has gotten so much better.
My trick is to declutter, as women, we are the managers of our home. We manage every single item we have. Therefore, it is essential to limit our inventory. Doing so, allows more time to focus on the important things and not on cleaning so much. Thank you 😊

I struggle with anxiety and bipolar so being productive can sometimes be really difficult. For me I get up go take a shower as soon as i wake up. Once i take a shower im refreshed and i put on a playlist of my favorite happy mood music. This just makes my brain feel like “oh today is a good day” and I start to just do tasks that i need to do. I make sure not to overdo it because i end up crashing and lacking energy. I love motivating myself it just makes life feel good.

Damn, I’ve been really hard on myself lately and I’m so glad I don’t feel alone in this.
Whenever I have a thought about something I want to do mid cleaning, I write it down. This helps me stay focused on the task at hand and avoid getting distracted 😂

I’m on the same boat, she posted it at such a good time. Anxiety is terrible really, but we will get thru it! Try taking supplements like ashwagandha or L-Theanine, these are greats for anxiety and have been helping me. Magnesium before you sleep is great too!

Amazing video! Thank you for making this video and feeling comfortable doing it! I think this helps a lot especially for mothers who are in the postpartum stage. What I do is do my errands or things to do in order on a specific time and day. For example, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Friday’s I feel clean my house in the mornings because it’s therapeutic. At night after, 12, I always brush my teeth and give myself a me time until 2 or 1 am lol. It’s late but when you have two kids it’s the best you can do.

I love these type of videos because I can often get in task paralysis mode also ! Something that helps is to get a good playlist going and get my body moving. I feel like once I even break a tiny sweat I’m suddenly more determined.

This helped so much!!! I am 35 weeks pregnant and my productivity is at an all time low!!!! I would say my tip on being productive as possible is to tell myself the quicker I get a task done it’s one less thing I have to do the next day so I can have more time to relax! 🎉
Making your bed as the first thing you do when you wake up really does work. I started implementing it to my routine and it makes me feel like I can tackle the day.

My tips to be more productive are
I usually put a UA-cam video on the background to hear tips about cleaning and how important it’s to keep your house clean.
I notice that it helps because you can hear from someone else something you might already know but it helps you to keep your mind focus on what you are doing!
I also like to hear podcasts about self improvement and cleaning is always a part of it , I like hearing about how to make you self feel better and how to improve your quality of life and honestly it all starts in keeping your living area clean and beautiful!
I also like doing my nails after cleaning since it’s so nice nice that my house is clean and now I get to relax and make myself look so cute !
If would pick me , I would probably use the money to buy something for my birthday that’s next week 💗💗💗since I barely buy things for myself and more for everyone around me

A tip to be more productive is remember my future self can see me through memories and I'll know my future outcome is 100% on my actions right now. I'm old enough to know nothing and nobody will take me out of a bad state but myself

I noticed people tend to postpone a lot of things that need to get done but I agree, making those lists help you stay on track! Always start off by trying to make it a habit, for example doing your bed before getting ready is such a small task but will keep you on the right track 😇 we are not always motivated so that’s why it’s important to stay disciplined with everything we do!

❤😭 I struggle with social anxiety. I have trouble going out even to buy groceries 😅but what DEFINITELY does help me is doing my makeup and hair before going to the gym or out. It makes me feel good. Even adding a good fragrance helps me feel so confident to go about my daily tasks. ❤ love the video
I love to put on my music, have some water, and how you said tackle the one I don’t want to do first and work my way to the easier ones. this is so me right now! I haven’t been able to go to the gym as often as I was same as getting up and cleaning. I’m literally stuck in this lazy mess. I wear workout clothes and shoes and put on my head phones to motivate myself into cleaning or at least getting up and get my body moving. I also, reward myself at the end of cleaning like for example I watch a show or a UA-cam video and tell myself I’ll watch it after cleaning 😝

Alondra, i give my self 1 hr and thats work out or go hiking also i plan my day and make a list of motivation to get things done and cleaning really helps me with my mood, cause we all have them moments but pushing through is the key to not fall into depression ☺️

My tips is also to make a list. When I don’t make list I feel lost like I didn’t do what I needed too. Another tip to get things done is put my phone far away from me so I’m not tempted to grab it and get on social media. Some weeks when I have a lot to do or want to get a lot done I even delete my social media and I realize I am so productive when I do.
I needed this for my day off tomorrow lol!! My tip is to tell myself if I do it now I can relax and do nothing later !!! 😅
