The thing is, if we spend a lot of time watching screen, then we stop blinking our eyes that often which makes them dry and they turn red. But if you take 2 mins break every now and then and give enough rest to your eyes, they won't go red.

That clip is recorded using spectator account. It's given to some youtubers (current requirement is like 30k views per month as far as I know), few parkour clubs and helpers (like esports helpers, event helpers, spectator group etc).
