Yes that 75m dive is 20m from my max, tho at the moment it was the right choice regarding current physical and stress conditions. I had a lot of fun on that dive!

Great analysis, very technical and detailed. Thank you very much! BTW, William uses a regular swim nose clip because he does hands free equalization, so he does not need a freediving nose clip. This is typical for freedivers who can do hands free to very deep depth. But actually, even for freedivers can do handsfree, some of them still prefer Frenzel.
