I have one in medium. As this is a Vac filler, did you open the back to let more ink flow into the chamber? You might want to look up a video as I don’t know how well I can explain, but there is a valve that leaves a small portion close to the nib and seals of the huge ink reservoir at the end. You need to unscrew and let some more ink into the front ever like 2-3 pages or so… I love mine, it permanently holds DeAtramentis document brown…
@@hifromlily That is odd - in your video, it would seem you did unscrew the back. 😅 (Also, the way the manufacturer meant this to be used was to leave the pen unscrewed when writing - which again, it would seem you did do that.)
@@Sunshrine2 Yes, I did leave it unscrewed haha. I've seen some other videos also mention not closing it unless travelling I think? I've had good luck so far this month with the 823 inked with Pilot Black so I'm thinking that the pen just didn't like the other inks? Not sure... what a mystery it is for me haha 😅
