This is one of the easiest meatball recipes!
They cook very quickly, just combine all the ingredients and fry! 👩‍🍳
There is no need to shape each cutlet; they are fried like pancakes! 😋
And most importantly, the cutlets according to this recipe turn out to be incredibly tender, juicy and aromatic! 💖 💖
📋Comments:
◾️3 skedarë chicken breast (about 700 g)
◾️1/2 red pepper (or whatever color you have, it doesn't matter)
◾️2 ua
◾️1 Link of Parsley
◾️70 grams of kaskavale
◾️ Salt
◾️Pepper
◾️3 spoons of flour
◾️A little oil for frying
📋 METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1️⃣Cut the meat into small cubes and add it to a bowl.
On top of it we add the eggs, chop the small pepper and add it to the bowl, add the chopped parsley, the grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste, mix very well then add.
2️⃣ Heat a little oil in a pan. We take a spoonful of the composition and form the schnitzels, which we fry in the pan until they become golden and crispy for 3 minutes, then we turn them on the other side and fry them until they become golden.
3️⃣Take them out on a plate and serve them! Easy to make and tasty!
