I want to run for Mayor of my city. I also have a crap ton of legal bills because I am a terrible businessman with no morals. I have a fund raising dinner for my "campaign". I use the campaign money I raised from said fund raiser to pay my legal bills instead. I knowingly deceived my donors/constituents. Do I deserve to be Mayor? Do I seem like a guy you would want to represent your city? Also, I have no dogs and don't know my children's' birthdays.
