As at the press conference Tony stated the alleged victims were being vetted, evidence collected (medical records, police reports) and that no lawsuit would be filed until he was absolutely convinced of the allegations. Yet many like most whether they are aware or not tend to resort to protecting an alleged abuser and disregarding an alleged victims story. Yes there will be “pranks, liars” as Tony stated. However statistically speaking the odds of an alleged victim making up a story is low. No one wants to experience the Shame, Blame and trauma of coming forward. I KNOW what it’s LIKE.

A lot of evidence can be "lost" or go missing between now and then, so why give them the opportunity to dispose of it before it can be subpoenaed during discovery? This doesn't look like a sound legal strategy to me.
