Thank-you very much for your videos, they are really helping me as i prepare for my osce.
What should i do if the observations have already been done and are written in the history?
Should i re-do them?

I'm glad you are finding them helpful. It is unlikely that they will have been done as you are being assessed on your ability to undertake them correctly. However the urine may have already been tested in which case you ask for the result and document accordingly. Hope that helps.

Hi can you an video regarding meds management and the midwife excemption. Ways we use it and how to prescribe and where to document.

@sadiyab2140 How it is documented will vary depending in the Trust you are working for. You will be guided by the Trust as to how you can use the exemptions as again it dies cary slightly from Trust to Trust

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking here. The PPE you are using is gloves and apron.

@Sandy_Cobbs no you shouldn't be. None of my candidates have been.
