I saw the prototype board you were riding. Can you say anything about, like length, volume, what its benefits are and any news regarding its release if possible?
Just something that we tried. The board is 7.6 x 14 x 90L and the platform wing part is 18 inches wide. The theory is that you can balance and stand on the 18 inch platform but then paddle up a 14 inch wide board. This is inspired by the high speed sailing boats. Like the Wasp. Feels good but unsure if this is something that will go to production. My ideal board is a 7.8 x 16 x 90L without the wings. Just standard shape. Which is what I rode for the M2O race this year.
Rookie question - how can you do so much gliding vs pumping? Is there a subtle swell you are tapping into? Its amazing ...
Great to see all the action Jack thanks for sharing,, what foil did you use ??
Luv your videos/adventures! Keep it going!!!
