Greg took us on a little secret walking tour around Prague and not only did I get to see one of the most beautiful European cities for the first time, but I also got to test a new piece of vlogging equipment: The GoPro Hero 8 could very well be the perfect addition to my minimalist vlogging set up, so here's a big shout out to Bruce Tessier for hosting a GoPro giveaway on his channel.

The entire globe has shut down. While reading the news this weekend, as country after country closed its borders, I thought of you guys, who make your living traveling and blogging. It's going to be a rough ride for you guys for a while. You have my thoughts and prayers.

I really want to check out Prague at some point! It was cool that Greg was able to provide a great walking tour around the city. I'll remember these sights!
It's amazing how much has changed in just the past week. I know you posted last week about continuing to travel with the pandemic going around, and now the exact opposite is happening. Even I am having to cancel all trips (even some around Michigan) for the foreseeable future. As I mentioned on Greg's video, I really hope everything gets better very soon. If you or Greg ever need any help from me, please do not hesitate to reach out to me! We're all in this together!

Nobody knows that yet... now it's to wait and see how corona develops.
Even though you were limited in your activities, it certainly looked a beautiful place to visit Nellie. Glad to hear you and Greg have returned to Germany. At least you are both together as it would have been more stressful had you been apart when borders and countries started to shut down. This will pass but will take some time and at some point society will look to return to a form of normality and hopefully demand for both your services will return as people will be keen to travel again after this current period of restriction
Thank you. Wasnt an easy decision and I know i said we would continue to travel if possible but we understand that this is not about us anymore. Not knowing how long this will last makes it harder but it's good to see how it seems to bring people closer at the same time - at least mentally. I dont know about other places but at least here in Germany there is a lot of solidarity happening 🤍

This virus outbreak has really effected the life of us travelling a lot. Most of the European countries have closed its borders and airlines stop flying. Her in Sweden we have yet to been forced into quarantine, meaning that we can theoretically leave the country but as the neighbouring countries being closed, we're essentially stuck..😒
Yep, not travel is recommend anywhere I'd say 🙄

Wow, Prague has changed a bit.
Last time I was there it was 1988/9. Driving across Europe for a living.

Praha has changed since than in several waves during last 3 decades - now its one the most beautiful cities in the world, highly visited by people from around the globe, its 7th most safe city in the world! It has turned into beautifull princess everyone wants to see. Beautiful historical houses, best beer in the world, very clean city, amazing 24/7 public transport to anywhere every few minutes, one of top 10 zoos in the world, one of top 10 Christmas markets in the world according to CNN, win yards in downtown hills producing wine planted and bottled in Prague city centre, famous Prague mosaic side walks - many different patterns made of Prague-cubes, 3rd longest tram network in the world, 2 new touristic hot spots - fresh renovated and in the night breath taking lighted national museum and fresh renovated historical art-noveau historical building of Prague mail railway station,
in the end - this is a beer country - in restaurants is usually beer cheaper than water,
amazing Czech food - must try!
Excellent video. I've been to Prague and it is beautiful. Only disappointed in one aspect of video - come on man, can't drink a beer for 20 secs?

the borders have opend again - now Prague is "an empty city" in the historical central areas - its missing its much more than milion visitors every month…
really - Prague has officialy 1,3 milion inhabitants and around 1,3 mililon visitors per one month visit the city - and now all of them are gone… All the "brutally" crowded streets in Old Town, New Town, Jewish Town, and Lesser Town are empty now, metro and trams are MUCH less crowded - no turists.. What a lovelly feeling having our city back for us, the locals...
Beautiful City but I find it hard to believe so many people hanging out and in close quarter what with the Virus going around...where must buildings are close down but not lockdown on people ? Good way to continue the spread of the virus
