@@G_Gatto I wasn't going to say it. I live in Northeastern Brazil, but grew up in R.I. I caught that one right away, so to even it out Kudos for the clams to soup ratio for the Boston Chowda😎
I honestly feel like Quincy Market is more of a tourist location. It's a place my parents would bring relatives to experience when they come to visit from their country. The Boston Public Market is more of where us locals go to grab a quick bite. On the weekends there is also Haymarket, which is an outdoor fruit and veggie market set up right next to the Boston Public Market
I love donuts - we just had a very quick tour of the Grand Central Market in LA and donuts are always my starting point with a good coffee! I need to get back to Boston and do a proper exploration for their food scene. Great video as always!
Two pretty different locations from each other and two pretty different styles overall so I think it kinda depends on what else you're doing with your day. If you're only choosing one of these based on what they offer, and no other factors, I think it's Boston Public Market and not even close. But Quincy Market is located right near the aquarium and some other things, and it's good enough as a grab and go option if you don't want to sit down in a restaurant.
I like going to public markets ! Been to Richmond (BC) Publi Market , Seattle Public Market and Calgary farmers Market ! Oh i live everything bagels ! Donuts looks delicious ! But im not a super fan of filled donuts . Have tried Singaporean noodles from other place, and its really tasty. Im gonna pass the devilled eggs .2 markets in one day , im jealous ! Chowders is always in my list ! Whoa, lobster melt ! Delicious ! Liked 17, watched and subscribed, from Calgary Alberta.
Thank you so much for your support! I visited Calgary a few years ago and it was lovely! I was passing by on a road trip and I stopped for some great bites. (Which I filmed of course!)
What was the name of the pie you were talking about that your family makes for Easter? I was trying to look it up and apparently, I'm horribly misspelling it.
It is a ricotta pie! It's basically like an Italian cheesecake. My grandmother would put a lattice crust on top but I usually just leave the top open mainly because I haven't reached that level of baker yet haha
Pronounced as fan-yuhl hall marketplace for reference
Ahh thank you! I was very much trying to get the pronunciation correct prior to filming so this is helpful insight hahaha
