- This place is absolutely “AMAZING” too see a nice garden and the Crane Estate House which is historic and lots of antique stuff, The house was established in 1928 which made the memories a wonderful life of history.

I was just there last week with my dad. absolutely beautiful. It's almost beyond words its something you have to feel and see in person. It's majestic

If you'll indulge me, this will be long.
My mom's from Ipswich I lived there briefly as young boy. While I have very fond memories of the beach, that great house and the rest of the estate was below my radar. That changed in 2018; when I did a walk around similar to yours.
I fell in love with it and decided to stay two nights at the Inn on Castle Hill when I returned in 2022. Those accommodations featured virtually unfettered access to the entire estate except for the house. I started both mornings with lengthy walks around the property to the gardens, down the Allee and all along the beach. It was magical and I felt like I was a Jazz Age guest of the Cranes.
I did a house tour called Cupola with a View which included the kitchen,library, bedrooms on the 2nd floor the large nautical themed room on the 3rd floor and the Cupola which climbed up into and then walked out on the roof. If the view ground was amazing, the view from the roof (my dad was as perfect as yours was) is astounding.

@ 13: 00 That lawn is called the " Grande Allee " . It goes tp a bluff overlooking the ocean. One can se Maine from there on a clear day.
