Hi! Thanks so much! I have a day 2 and day 3 video in the works! I do think there are some areas for improvement that I'll touch on in the other videos, but it's still a good resort.
@@busybeingshasha are those areas any concern for booking a trip now?
@Shanycole I tend to be very laid back when I travel but in comparison to other all inclusive resorts that I've stayed at, the service was lacking in some areas. Food was great but is way better on the Impressions side and in the preferred club. We also had issues finding towels at the Moxche side pools. We'd ask staff to get us towels and they'd never return, so I definitely suggest getting towels early. Overall, it's an amazing resort but for the price point I expect 10/10 service. There was also one big issue upon checkout- the resort did not apply my leisure cash at the spa and it caused us to miss our airport transfer.
@@busybeingshasha Wow! Thanks for the feedback. Last week the price increased by $1000 so I did not book hoping it would go back down when travels slows. Your experience is on par with some of the reviews I read. I am big on customer service especially when I am pay more for it. I will stay tune for your future videos.

were there any pools with shade?
Yes, you'll find umbrellas the lagoon pool, preferred pool and all of the main pools. I found the impressions rooftop pool to have the least amount of shade aside from the bali beds.
