If you are going to cook again next time marinate it for at least 30 min or more before cooking ithen cook it in low fire after you sautee the garlic and onions and let it simmer by its own water after 8t is being sauteed and after that add the marinating sauce and let it simmer until its done

For adobo tips po,Maglagay po kayo ng ginger pag chicken adobo pantanggal po ng lansa. Isabay nyo po sa gisa.then habang ginigisa lagyan nyo na ng timpla para ma absorb na ng chicken,then maglagay po kayo konting sugar if gusto nyo ng mejo sweet😁
Tips to make adobo more delicious from batangas add sugar,laurel,pamintang durog,mamasitas oyster sauce tapos igisa mo ang bawang at sebuyas...and the magic sarap or ajinomoto....
This is my way of cooking adobo 1. Marinate chicken for at least 30 mins to to garlic, peppercorn, bayleaf, vinegar and soy sauce 2. Bring it to boil add little water until tender 3. In separate pan saute garlic then pan fry the chicken (minus the sauce) and drizzle with some sugar and little salt.. then return back the sauce when chicken is already fan fried. Simmer (low fire) until sauce is thicken.

Old way of cooking adobo you need a lot of garlic, bay leaf, vinegar, black pepper, soy sauce or salt , your choice of meat sa isang kaldero pagsamasamahin , meat, pepper, garlic, 3/4 part of vinegar, 3/4 part of soy sauce at dagdagan ng tubig para mapuno ang baso, at dagdagan pa ng isang basong tubig. Pakuluin hanggang sa bahagyang matuyuan. Hanguin ihiwalay ang sabaw, sa parehong kaldero na punagpakuluan, maggisa ng maraming bawang hanggat sa maging golden brown, ilagay ang meat at hayaang bahagyang mapirito sa bawang.. optional ( masarap na haluan ng giniling na atay ng manok, ipirito muna ang atay at saka ito durugin ) kapag napirito na ihalo na anginihiwalay na sabaw, maari ring maglagay ng asukal, depende sa inyong panlasa..
