So happy you got to participate! I always love your behind the scenes content. The competition from a background perspective instead of the intense speed perspective was so nice to see! To go to the competition for the sake of the experience and uniting with the puzzle community in person sounds like a real highlight for everyone, even those who don't win. 🙂
So glad you made it to Spain Emilee and brought us great behind the scence content!Thank you! Being Canadian, I was thrilled that you were on the Canadian Team! So much fun!
I love seeing Emilee’s pov compared to what we saw on the livestreams. I’m hoping the championship will be somewhere closer to America soon, I’d love to go! 😄
Glad you had such a great time. I watched the whole thing and kept looking for you. Finally saw you taking pictures at the closing ceremony. I had to get up at 2:50 each day. I'm in the eastern time zone in Pa. Looking forward to next year and hope to see you there again.
Interesting video, I didn't know jigsaw puzzles had tournaments. The rule where you finished the puzzle but didn't get to advance is crazy. Cool that you had fun though
It is better to have the country rule than to not be able to compete at all, I think. I expect as the event grows, it will have to be like the Olympics, where only a certain number from each country can qualify to even go.
I think that is where it's going too as it continues to grow. The issue I had with the rule is pretty much the majority of the countries being represented were still people who live in the EU but happen to have multiple passports. I do think also that people who don't complete the puzzle shouldn't advance though over someone who did. That happened quite a bit.

I'd be so happy if it was in North America. That way the time change and expense would be easier.

I'm sure its hard to get everyone. Thanks so much for looking out though!
Oh my how are they going to keep fitting people!!!!!
I think they've outgrown the venue. There was barely any room for spectators!
@@thecasualpuzzler I think so too!!
It’s so lovely to see Americans being good tourists in a foreign land❤❤❤
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I hope you had a great time despite all the little things. It’s just very fun concept of a trip at all.

You picked the two easiest puzzles in team, good job
Thanks!

Congratulations on going and finishing those puzzles. I have a 1000 piece puzzle that I bought a few years ago and still haven't finished.
