- "Why not try a soundbar with my synths in the studio?" I thought to myself. "In theory a soundbar with decent bass has everything you need, and the long flat shape might fit on the shelves a bit better."
And if you don't need masses of volume, the Yamaha YSP-1400 might just tick all your boxes.
It looks cool. And the sound I heard is good enough...I suppose for ordinary use. I liked it. I didn't know it. Thank you Gearfacts for sharing...really very interesting.
Yeah the video didn't really express it enough. I really couldn't complain about the sound in any way apart from the limited output power. Some people have awkward spaces for their studios, so if the shape fits - wear it :)
Never had a sound bar, but worth considering.
It was going cheap, thought I'd give it a shot and sure enough I was impressed.
