Today I review four battery-driven guitar/vocal amps:
- Street Cube 1
- Street Cube 2
- Street Cube EX
- Strauss F10

I have the cube street mk2 and absolutely love it. I do some beatboxing and occasional karaoke with friends. For the price it's the best bang for your buck setup! No other amp on the market has a looper, a mic input, many different effects. It even takes BASS well!
True. It has many features for an amp. I didn’t give it a fair trial in this video, my camera ran out of battery when I was half way through that bit - didn’t realise what had happened until the amp had left the studio :/
Hi Mr Gearfacts, nice video thank you. I already have the small Roland Cube and running on batts there is no audible background hiss/hum/interference - great! Am about to upgrade - so would you say the same about the EX ie quiet background power/hiss noise etc. My hunch is that it is similarly a 'quiet' and smooth operator like it's younger brother 🤔

Yep you are correct - they have similar noise levels. My environment is very bad for noise, so in this video you are seeing all the amps at their worst! Glad you found it helpful though :)
Hey mate you do one on the Lectrosonics Mouse or Maxi Mouse yet? Those are the real original busker amps. Roland probably improved on them but Lectrosonics was way before them.

No battery power for me. I personally use a Peavey Vypyr 1x12, 40 watt amp, cause I like it and can use a headphone.
I didn’t have much luck with the PV myself, but in my experience the performance of an amp depends massively on which guitar is plugged into it, and my guitar seems to displease a lot of amps! I found the same thing with pedals
