You are 100% right. As the years go by, Nixon has becomes worse and worse as they try to remain relevant, particularly Bernstein. To Bernstein, Nixon was Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot and Charles Manson all wrapped up into one. Whatever they believe they did to expose Watergate was a matter of investigation knowledge anyway.
